Correction. 31.698, and with that, I may just do better than the 94th placing from the last academy. :dopey:

As R1600 mentioned, I did use your replay on the live GameSpot/Twitch.tv event I participated in earlier today. I have embedded the video here, so you can jump to the end to see it. 👍
 
I just heard something about "Comic Con" in that stream you did Jordan, great job btw 👍, so did I just mis-relate that as being the revelation of where the National Finals are being held?
This was probably addressed somewhere else, if so sorry, but just asking 'cause the location for the Nat's hasn't been confirmed yet (may not be in Florida this time).

'cause if the Nationals are at Comic-Con, that would be awesome xD

Yep, that's correct. I also learned of some more surprises in store for this competition, but I'll let Nissan & Sony release those on their own terms! :D
 
So, my ps3 just got the ylod again, and since I'm leaving tomorrow, I don't have time to fix my ps3. I borrowed a friends ps3 and I'm downloading gt academy right now so I can put in a faster time, but do I need to transfer my gt academy data? Or will it sync with the server and let me go strait to 8-5?

@RedlineGTS As long as you change the log in ID at the PS home screen to yours, I think you should be okay.
 
Ok cool, another question. How many total retrys do you guys have? You can check by going to your gt academy save data, the non backup file has your total retry count.

Oh, if it's on the replay file then it's for all events, not just 8-5 I'm guess. I suppose that number is going to be really depressing, I spent a lot of time on the first 4 weeks of events.
 
4,351 retries, and 3,120.1 miles. It's amazing looking back that the mileage seems like nothing, but if I were to do that on a road trip it would feel like an eternity.

Thanks for confirming it. That makes me happy because I am half a days drive from San Diego. I'm going to try and get myself there.
 
Wow if its in san diego it would be a long trip for me. Im all the way on the other side of the US lol.

I'll just end up driving my own car I bet. 4 hour drive for me, and there aren't any direct flights from Santa Barbara to SD, so flying would just be slower.
 
Not really, the SD one is the foremost and biggeat, the rest are just satellite events.
