GT academy versions of cars

There are two versions of the BE coming out though, the Tuned Academy and the regular Academy. The Regular Academy will have the same specs just 5kg more.

Yea true, but the regular GTR BE will stay the fastest, no doubt

As someone else in here said: you can't install the hood weight reduction on GT Academy cars, so it will be 5 Kg heavier with the same HP...
But you can never know.....maybe it will be faster, but like I said....I doubt it

ok on the granturismo.com site it shows we get a car every week on weds... so we got the next wed we get the silvia and next wed and so on... lets not get our hopes up with these cars if we look at the the basic academy they were same hp and 5kg heavier.. im gonna laugh if the so called tuned be and 370 are gonna be like the other 370 tuned academy we already have and thats a waste of car lol.. lets just keep the fingers crossed and hope that pd finally does something right...

Only three, if you don't include the new batch. And the academy leaf is the same specs as the normal leaf if both are left stock non broken in. The Academy Leaf just has one more pp.

This red academy gtr you win in the licenses, the black and white gtr from that strange seasonal event and then this other very similar and also black and white gtr from wherever (I forgot). That makes 3 (different) Academy GTRs. Of course you could say they are basically the same, well that's true, but they have different names so...........
And then we also have the good old 370Z Tuned Car and because we are always up to date you must also count the Leaf.

5 Academys at this date, 4 without the Leaf


That with the pp number is interesting. Is it really slightly faster? It probably wouldn't be really noticeable though.


I just hope the BE Tuned Car will be like the 370Z Tuned Car, I really can't need a 1000hp GTR :lol: What a nightmare!

From my usage the 370z tuned will be faster through corners due to the fact it has less understeer than the BE.

Two of your GT-Rs are the same. There are two variations of the Academy SpecV, the Academy version and the Academy special. As I said before, only three academies, four with the Leaf. Look at mygranturismo :)

There are 2 GT Academy GT-Rs, the 09 and the Special.

Oh right. Damn, I was sure the two specials I got aren't the same...... mb. Hmm perhaps because the paint is different(?)..... will check when I'm back home.
