More pic from TGS.
The 911 RSR is belongs to Gr.3 !

Input lag is basically nonexistent in comparison to e3 build. I will be playing on cockpit view, that's for sure.
I can still clearly see significant input lag.

Not sure if already posted but just found
this

From TGS video quality isn't great though

I want to see something else that quick races with far too polite AI. And I guess they will use this build for the races on Sunday.

I guess thats the input lag of the TV and nothing else.
TV's generally have 20-40ms of input lag or 1/50th to 1/25th of a second, which would be almost impossible to see with the naked eye. This is significantly more than that and it's easily visible.

Seriously, three weeks before the release and for now it seems GTSport is just a big arcade mode :p

We've seen the IGN Bathurst video but not much else. The german dude looked like he was a very good driver so not sure why they'd have this demo mode style AI.

My Sony 65W855 has 18ms of input lag and it IS Visible, especially when you can compare your wheel with the ingame one. You dont know what TV that is and if it runs HDR which produces higher lag. Also as far as i know are the later Sony TVs rather bad regards input lag.

If you turn your wheel 10 inches in one second that is equal to the real and virtual wheel being out of sync by less than 0.18". So you're saying that you can actually see 0.18" of difference between your wheel and the wheel on screen? That would be almost imperceptible. Either way, the lag in this video is far, far, far greater than 0.18" so your personal experience isn't really relevant.

If you turn your wheel 10 inches in one second that is equal to the real and virtual wheel being out of sync by less than 1/4 of an inch. So you're saying that you can actually see 1/4" of difference between your wheel and the wheel on screen? That would be almost imperceptible. Either way, the lag in this video is far, far, far greater than 1/4" so your personal experience isn't really relevant.
TV model? HDR?

The guy really was talking non-stop for 10 mins. :D
Anyone know what he said?

I speak very little German but from what I can make out, he said " sounds are greatly improved from GT6" he was impressed with the graphics and was positive (overall I think). He also got light motion sickness from VR.

TV model? HDR?
No idea. Fact is, the input lag is there. Might be the TV, might be the game, might be a combination of both. It's been an issue in pretty much all the videos I've watched and continues to be an issue. The source of it remains to be seen. I do know that if the actual input lag from the tv was 0.18" no one would notice or care. It's significantly more than that.
