You should really look into getting AC. It has C1, New Belt Line, Wangan and Yokohane lines all modelled in one big free roam map.

PC obviously. No mods for PS4/XB1 version.

Not obvious to me as I didn't know if that was a mod or an option in the main game as I don't have it so thanks for confirming.
 
I would have liked Laguna Seca or Grand Valley Speedway better, but I'm sure that I'll get a kick out of this track. Loved the original Tokyo Expressway maps, I hope I will feel the same about this one.
 
Advice from PC players on a console forum is a bit naughty! You are going to need a gaming computer and monitor system considerably more expensive than a console and a TV to take advantage of this 'advice'.

Let's face it, most everyone that can afford a gaming system powerful enough to run AC/ACC/PC2 etc. well probably already has one! Those that can't probably don't need their noses rubbed in it...;)
