I don't know about you all but I've just gotten a little nostalgic and taken a look back in time and remembered memories of the past GTs and well it's pretty damn surprising! I can remember back in '98 right after I got my PS, which at the time was pretty gutsy since I'm not a gamer but soon after I found out that GT was coming out. The first time I laided eyes on that game was a demo that came with the system, even 5 yrs. later my mouth is still dragging on the floor and I though after each GT came out "damn I can't go back now".
After breaking this idea I've seen GT2 and well it's not all that great and I don't know why I thought it was. It was like the sequel to the Matrix, bad. The graphics crappy (compared to GT) and the physics sucked. Then GT3 came out, Wow! It was like the light at the end of the tunnel, everythings is clearer and everythings dialed in just right (or is it? GT4!).
Then there is GT the game that started it all. It's a classic it's still holding up today I think. I saw Auto moditila (sp?) at Fry's today and well after looking at GT it's not all that impressive I think GT is still unbeatin and maybe GT3 comes close. For how long GT has been around though it's still great and I think I'll actually start playing it again along with gt3.
Thanks
Nick
