GT4 BMW 1-series Virtual Drive Demo: Tyre Difference

While playing the virtual drive demo i noticed that i could get better laptimes with arcadetyres than with sportstyres......What's the difference between these two?

Racing tyres grip the most.

(Normal) Arcade tyres grip quite a lot.

Sport tyres grip the averagely.

Road tyres grip the least.

Road Tyres - grip +
Sport Tyres - grip ++
Arcade Tyres - grip +++

well thanks guys, offcourse i know which caracteristics all the "real-life" tyres.....but it's good to know now which caracteristics the arcade-tyres have 👍

arcade tires aren't "normal" the default tires in the demo are road tires, wich are the tires that the car supposedly ships with...
but anyway, road and sports tires have realistic grip levels, arcade tires are completley unrealistic.
so if you really want to learn a bit of how to drive on a real track, stay away from arcade tires

btw, i think grip level is like this:

Road tires +
Sports tires ++
Arcade tires ++++

I hated all the 'tyres' (to be honest they aren't tyres, just different levels of simulation well to me anyway) in GT4P barring the Road one well and when I had no choice but to use a race car racing ones. I haven't even bothered with anything but the road tyres in the BMW demo.

Fair point... however I was merely using GT4rologue as a reference... where it calls Arcade tyres "Normal".
