I dont know how to pass the Opel Speedster cup, They are too fast,, i need help

This question has been asked and answered loads of times. You just need to use the advanced search and search for opel speedster, limit it to thread titles only, in the GT4 forum, and you'll find the answer.

Japanese cars, Japanese cars its too many Japanese cars, the best cars are German cars, when I say that I mean BMW!!!!!!!!!
a) There are nearly 300 cars in GT4 that are NOT Japanese... that's more than all the cars in GT3, including your dreaded Japanese variety.

b) There are nearly 100 German cars.

c) There are about 15 BMW cars.

d) While I personally like German designed & engineered cars, including BMW's, many could easily argue that there are many cars in GT4 that are better than many of the German cars, including those from BMW.

e) It's a Japanese company that developed the game... what did you expect? Frankly, I'm impressed how many non Japanese cars there are in the game.

Bottom line: The game could have a over 1,000 Japanese cars... it still has more non Japanese cars than just about any game out there, and probably more German cars as well... so why get so upset about it that you make a public outburst on the subject?

BTW: Welcome to GTP, but a word of caution... Outbursts like this is probably not a very good way of introducing yourself as a new member.

Good Threads to Read & Remember:

That is OK but 40 Nissan Skylines! They all look the same, or BMW M3 has 5same cars! Where are BMW Serie 7, 6, X5,... its better to have more different cars than a 5 same cars.

Im racing in the last race in the pro series. Im using the toyota minolta race car. It seems i always have to pit and the other cars don't and i always lose the race because of it. What im i doing wrong.:ouch:

If you're using Superhards, or maybe even Hards if you're careful, you can survive the whole race without too many problems. The AI doesn't pit mostly on the first few races, but almost the whole field pits in the races afterwards.

The thing that I did: I drove the first 3 laps,in order to gain advantage and then pitted and change to b-spec. So even when b-spec had to pit earlier than normal, there's no problem. But if you use racing medium or higher, I think isn't possible to win the race, or anyway it's extremely difficult.

If you need to pit once in a race, pit at halfway through the race. Don't wait until your tyres go off.

They do? I see Skylines from 1963 through to 2006, Skyline coupes and saloons, Skyline race cars, Skyline pace cars...

Yes, they may be a few too many variants of the later (R34) Skylines, but to say that all of the Skylines in the game "look the same" is just inaccurate.

or BMW M3 has 5same cars!

Again... nope. There's a regular M3 (340hp/1570kg), an M3 CSL (355hp/1386kg), an M3 GTR (375hp/1350kg) and an M3 race car. They aren't the same (the race car being obviously different) and there's only 4 of them.

Normally I'd agree... but X5? My first BMWs on the list would be M1, 635CSi, 850CSi, Z1...

Tested it a bit to find out what happend and eventually I found that if you perform the "Engine Balancing" the tach will be changed.
Suprised me, have any of you found this?
I have. The Engine Balancing lifts the rev limit (as it says in the description ticker), and thus the tacho changes. Most noticeable on the Caterham - normally a tiny bit of redline, but EB it and it gets an Alfa 155 TC-style tacho.

The same applies for NA3. Example: Audi A4 TC. Normally has a tiny redline (tacho goes to about 8100), with NA3 tacho reads to 9000, redline starts at about 7800.

hi guyz

I wanna ask one question. Is there save game function in N24? I played nearly 10 hours ( 8 hours Bspec and 2 Hours A) then electicity went off. Now, I planning to save the game every one hour but Can I do? If yes, How?

Sorry I'm newbie on this forum and I dont allowed to open new thread. So I wrote here. Thank you for understanding.

Hi from Turkey GT fans!

Im loving this game but i need to understand what all the parts do for a car. Like the rebound of shocks, stabaliers, ride hight ect ect. Is there a place or thread that can help me and explain what all these parts do and how they effect the car while racing

Hi from Turkey GT fans!

No - there is no way to save in the middle of any race.

Glad to see I'm not the only one to notice what Engine Balancing does to a car!

Also, Famine,
You forgot one BMW... There are indeed 5 and the fifth one you forgot is the second M3 race car.
There's the white and blue big dog and the little all white one. :sly:

Which is not an M3 Racecar, but rather the 330i Touring Car.

Yet, pwning Famine is no small feat...

a-spec & b-spec points if you can win something with . like 1000 aspec points a new wing or 2000 points a new car.:dunce:

Is this a question? If it is, then no, you can't "win" anything with A-Spec or B-Spec points.

320i, as it happens. And I didn't mention it as it's not an M3, as you say.

Who is talking about BMW I live for BMW the best is 635csi but he is not in GT4. GT2 has a lot of different BMWs. Too bad that game is a little old.

Settle down there! There is no need to get too excited. GT2 did have a better selection of BMW's, but a lot of them weren't performance models and were useless in races. Although some base models were fast with the racing modification. However, this is a GT4 discussion thread so we shouldn't get to off-topic. It would have been nice to see a better variety of bimmers in the game, but what are you gonna do?

(At least the 2002 made it into the game! :) )

No. A spec and B-spec points are just a sign that you have raced all the races in challenge, and not with 100hp more than the other cars. :) (Famine, while I was writing, you posted your answer, so I answered again. )

EG6 DUDE that is correct after all I want too much at least GT4 is better than Need for Speed JUNK!!!!!!!!! It doesnt matter which need for speed is it.
