Just a small question since I don't own GT4 or a DF wheel. Is there any option that sets the steering wheel to go back and forth by itself during a replay. I see wheels in the arcades all the time that are spinning back and forth with no one driving. I don't ask this cause i think the videos fake, but i do think it would be cool too download some saves of people drifting or driving really well and having my hands on the steering wheel to see what their movements were like.

In the arcade I never have seen steering wheels moving from there selfs.

Thats really great maybe it can be fake but it's still fun to see. And especially when he crosses the finish line he smiles at the camera.

If I have a kid later he will be doing that too!!! All the people with daughters can be jealous now :)

maybe someone's daughter interested in racing too

OMG, that would be embarassing if playing that kid online in like a year or two, you race him, he beats you, then you find out he's 4-1/2 years old !

i noticed the kids countersteering was actually quite close to what you would be doing with an unstable FF car.....he had to throw the wheel around a little to get the car's front end pointed in the right direction....he understeered pretty hard once and i noticed how he swung the wheel from side to side real quick to try and get some grip...i was doing the same not too long ago back home in Cincinnati......it was this past thursday when we got hit by some pretty nice snow....i took my dad's 96 manual Corolla out and started playing around, drifting thru tunrs and spinning out in some of the local parks.....on one instance i had to do the exact same thing the kid was doing.....flick the whell left and right a few times to get grip......i think the kid was really driving considering the fact that not only was the controller plugged in but the wheel as well.....therefore, who could have been drving in his stead if both controller ports on the PS2 were used up?

Some lesbian girl or wanna-be man :yuck:

no offense I you have a daughter :sly:

what???? are u for real???? so you think that women should not be allowed to race? i beg to differ......i think its hott if a woman can hold her own or whoop the **** out of a dude in a car.....that shows who is truly better.....and i really don't think that if a woman is a pro driver, she should be called a lesbian or a wannabe man.....think about what u say before u actually type it :dunce:

He probably started playing video games while still in his mothers womb! People read books to their unborn, why not play games (though how the mind boggles)!

Haha ... the baby you see in the intro of Getaway in Stockholm
he can even shifting gears!

For those of you arguing that it's GT4P, not GT4, you've missed the entire point of the thread - congrats!

I've got no reason to doubt he's not driving, and since my New Year's resolution is to be slightly less cynical I'll believe that vid's the real deal until proven otherwise. That little guy's my new hero!

I have a hard time thinking that the kid is driving. The wheel sounds as if it were unplugged for the amount of noise. Besides, it is hard to see his feet on and off the pedals, if the pedals are even there!, It just looks like his feet are moving with his body motions. But the video is still cool, and the kid IS having a ball.

If you look closely in the 1st movie, you can see his foot coming off the gas and pushing it again in the S corners. This is defenatly real, the timing is perfect.

I can doubt that somewhat. I own that same type of wheel. The wierd annoying noise it makes happens alot when the game isn't started or is just starting.

However, once I start playing a game with it, the noise of thar annoying sound dies down, and its actually quite.

I have reason to doubt it's a replay. He may have perfect timing, but that doesn't mean he's actually driving.

I am quite certain it's not a replay, I have that wheel and it reacts the way it should, also you can see that the force feed back is on by the way his arms move. Also the wheel has a sort vibration or shock feature when you go over bumps or rough terrain so it verifies that it's not a replay when he hits a bump on the second movie the wheel vibrates and you clearly hear the shock from the wheel.

Hiya! :D :O  Meow! (='.'=)

Oh my goddess that little kido is KyooT! :O:O:O Wow I am amazed by the child's level of intelligence of following a set path such as those orange cones and avoiding the walls! :O Smart SMART little KIDDO! :O

He knows what he's doing. He's obviously played before judging by how he goes straight to the controller after completing the test.

I can see his feet and the pedals moving just fine. I can see the FF at work too, he has to lean to turn the wheel. The first is definately not a replay, because the replay wouldn't show that he won the gold afterward.

Anyone notice he's wearing a seatbelt too? Either his parent's are going for maximum realism or they're "torturing" him making him play GT4 all day.

That was cute! No, he ain't actually driving, but the little booger has got some good driving skills though.

Nice videos!

Unbelievable. I really want to say it was faked. This three year old can't even talk! However, I just watched the video three times and I think he actualy might be maybe driving it, possibly. If this video was faked, it was really well done, using two PS2 units or something with actual driver hidden from the view. I have the same wheel right now, and must say, kids' steering seem to match that of the car......

WTF is wrong with people? The kid IS driving the car!!!!

Look at his steering input - it matches perfectly. Footwork the same. As for those who claim he's 'mimicking' the controls' - PAH! It'd be harder to mimick the steering input so perfectly than actually pass the test with a gold time.

Maybe there's a few here who's ego's have taken a pounding knowing a 3 year can drive better than them. :sly:

He IS driving, just look at his right foot and listen to the sound of the car in video1, they move along. he's amazing. 👍 and he's a big threat for all of GT lovers :scared: :sly:
