No announcement.
But they're live

Its there for Xbox.
I got the season pass and installed it.
It's a great addition
The cars are nice to drive too.

My main question is can you put GT3 and GT4 cars together in one race?
I mean 10 GT3 cars and 10 GT4 cars on same track since its limited to 20 cars on consoles.
Is this possible? Or each class for their own only?

I see on pictures they are together, but is it on console?

Yes possible until they relock this dlc probably. Was lapping a lot of GT4s today

You cant put them together in career mode, just custom race I think.

There was a link to the GT4 pack in game on Xbox that showed a date of Sept 29.

Looks like they've locked them again.
If you get the season pass you can't install the GT4 pack.
But if you did it yesterday in a small window of opportunity you still can drive them.

Yeah I bought the season pass yesterday but it must've been after they locked them again.

Before I bought the season pass I would get a prompt taking me to the MS store to buy the GT4 pack, later on that prompt no longer popped up. So I'm guessing that's how others were able to get the pack

For PS4, not yet (rumored dates 9/30). Xbox One recently let the cat out the bag early. In my conspiracy theory opinion this was no accident, but to get a read of how it runs before/make quick fixes for PS4 release.
