I think it got stated a little earlier, that is in yen. Divide by 100 and that will probably be the U.S. dollar price. They are all credits, but seem to be adjusted for the market.

Ok, guys. We've 614 confirmed cars on the list, and that leaves us with about 100 empty spots. So waht do you think, is the gap going to be filled with more clone cars or big surprises are still out there?

Sorry, wrong, the Bugatti is now rated at 980hp because they cannot keep it cooled properly at 1001hp.
Road and Track, Dec 2004. "Bugatti back on track. the latest official news from Bugatti is that the Veyron is now shcedualed to go on sale in the fall of 2005. The current prototype is performing its 50,000 km endurence test. The production version will use a 7 speed direct shift gear box twin cluch transmission that operates in an oil bath,to transmit the 922 lb-ft of torque from its 8 litre16 cylinder engine to all 4 wheels. The engine has benefited from additional development and sources say that its power is now up past its origenal 1001 to 1100bps...

AutoWeek says otherwise. Bugatti's CEO has confirmed that they have had to put limits on the car for safety reasons.

Although both are possible I'd go with AutoWeek because after all the poblems it makes more sense.

I was thinking that there are a few cars that have obvious yet-to-be-mentioned race/rally versions, such as the BMW 2002, the Alpine Renault & original GT-R. So it wouldn't surprise me if most of the remaining 100 are race versions of existing cars.

However saying that, there are still some gaps that could be filled, like some 1930s Auto Union cars & other early race cars, some CanAm racers, and trackday cars like Westfields and Caterhams.

Probably mostly more clone cars and a few big surprises.

You know what just give me the Ford GT-90, more Bentley's, CDMA Cerumo Supra GT, and Cadillac LMP........I'll be happy at that, I think I'm not the only one on this.......why have more variants......we don't need more Skylines.....we need more Supra's and other exciting cars....:sly:

Well said

I see you've added a seperate section for the F1 car.....but anyhow I'd say that F1 car that Sinner has seen from the HK show is the F1 car that's also on Renault.......am I right or am I right?????.........as there's only one, accordingly to what Sinner mentioned.....hope I'm actually wrong though... :dopey:

Would you please add cars like the Spyker CC8S?? It was included in GT Concept 2002 hence it is very probable for it to be in GT4. I suggest to use the colour blue for such cars from GT3/GT Concept.

You have two things confused. Spyker makes the C8. Koenigsegg makes the CC8S.

And no, I am not adding all previous cars to the list, especially so close to the release date.

FORD (17 - 4 - 4)
(Boss) Mustang 429
Escort Cosworth
Escort RS Turbo
Escort Rally Car ('96)
F-150 SVT Lightning ('03)
Falcon XR8

Why is the Falcon XR8 still under the label Ford......probably just one of your smalll mistakes....please correct it......It should go under FPV.......

The XR8 isn't made by FPV. It is made by Ford. FPV merely makes a tuned version of it called the Falcon GT, which is listed under FPV.

Ford Australia makes the Falcon XT, Falcon XT Wagon, Falcon XR6, Falcon XR6T, and Falcon XR8.

Ford Performance Vehicles (FPV) on the other hand takes the Falcon XR8 and tunes it into the GT and GT-P models. They also modify the Falcon XR6T into the F6 Typhoon.

The Falcon XR8 racing car is put under FPV because it's run by the Ford Performance Racing (FPR), a division of FPV.

Yet the Racing car that I derived from the booklet was the older Tickford car…thus the FPV tag is somewhat misleading.

Weren't the cars just built by Tickford but raced under the FPR banner?
