This guy is not from Sony or PD, not a chance. If he was he wouldn't tell or try to hint at it, also thoes screens are cars and tracks from GT4:P, yes GT4:P people, so what is special in any way whatsoever about that. And the wheel has been out for long enough.

I seen the Mazda RX-8 LM already. I even mentioned what two-tone color schemes would look best in a somewhat old thread. For the most part, I think Mazda has a serious machine in their lineup. Why not challenge GT racing with it, Mazda? You'd probably be relegated to GT rather than GTS, but it would be interesting to see Mazda's hottest sportscar other than the RX-7 compete internationally.

Now, I was looking at the links Zer0 posted and even though I been to that site already, Hong Kong looks like it will probably be less challenging than Special Stage Route 5. I also tend to think it will have one advantage over GT3's Tokyo R246- it's a race into nighttime. Now, the thing about this course is that... I don't get it. Is this race in sunset, evening, twilight, or what? Then, it can also probably be morning (besides the all-nighters of endurance racing, who'd race at 4, 5, 6 AM in the morning?).

Add Amalfi to the mix, and now we got two narrow European street courses. When I look at the Ford GT tear up the circuit, it almost seems like I want to paste a Speed Channel logo to the top-right of my computer screen. Why so? The Amalfi track replay looks so real. It is almost as if I'm watching WRC coverage, or I'm seeing "Sports Car Revolution" as Tom Hnatiw and Sean Hyland were pushing this car to the edge. But if you ask me, Amalfi seems easier than Citta di Aria. Of course, you probably have... 2, maybe 3 lanes of highway. The only challenge I've seen about the track are the two consecutive hairpins before riding it out to the start/finish line.

This will be awesome

Does anyone know if the DFP wheel has the gear knob on the left for certain counties.....I don't fancy shifting with my right hand!....will screw up my day to day real left hand shifting!

Think its right hand only, which does suck for us Brits, and I know what you mean about it screwing up your regular driving :)

If it really bothered you though, you could get a sequential shift kit from Frex , an company that designs and sells mods for wheels and cockpits etc. Thinking about getting the shifter myself. Just need to get a cockpit sorted first.

Its AutoArt, Good luck getting it.

I might get a shift knob as well from them. The shift knob on the wheel looks a little fat for me. (I like small shift knobs)

They're not hard to get, Darin. I got my GT Skyline from ehobbies.com

I like that one, but is it possible to install the H-pattern shifter.
I always want one of those for my PS2

Here you go guys, Nissan Skyline R34 GT-R Gran Turismo from a UK site. £45

http://www.grandprixlegends.com/DieCastSite/D_LeMansSportscars_I_Nissan(DieCast)/AA80279%28GPL%5FBaseCatalog%29/DieCast.htm

If you are ever looking for die-cast I strongly suggest you try Grand Prix Legends, have used them many times in the past and they offer excellent service. Very good for DVD's as well.

The H pattern shifter is specially made for the DFP, but you have to open it.

And I wouldn't recommend the lap addon, cuz it sux big.

BTW, what kind of racing seat SL65AMG posted is that? Looks pretty cool.
