GT4 kills gtc and gt3. There is a big step in graphics compared to gtc and gt3.

It's such a BIG step up, that it's running on the same engine, and looks like a slightly nicer version of GTC *cough*

Cobra, a BIG step up in graphics is say, doom to quake.
 
Slightly my ass. The graphics are a BIG improvement in gt4. Everything looks alot more photorealistic.
 
Cars look a little better, main thing thats changed is the backgrounds & physics.

Its not a great leap, but then that was to be expected.
 
You said BIG step. A big step is pretty big imo, or have you re invented that word, along with photorealistic?
 
I would say a BIG improvement was pretty similar to a great leap ;)

Cobra, I've played GTP, and it sure as hell doesn't look like half the crap posted in these forums. Weird that, I bet you actually think the ps2 runs GT4 in 1200, with 8X aa :P How do I compare that to vids running in a lower res then my 286 :P

cobra those vids are at a really low & crap resolution. If you think that looks the same as those high res with full AA pics, you really really really need your eyes testing. I'd be suprised if you even go to the right set of public toilets when you need to go :lol:
 
No, Im not saying the vid looks exactly like the pics because like you said, the vid was at a low-res. But if you stop it and compare the scenes, you see gt4 will look like those pics on your tv.

No it doesn't, get your head out of PD's ass and use your eyes, it's better, but thats all you can say, is better not much better or that they kill them. Have you even played GTC considering where you live?

No it's not, it looks similar in layout but it's one of the Japanese tracks from GTC I think it's Tsucuba.
 
Yes I have played gtc, geneva and jpn and there really isn't a difference between the 2 compared to gt3. Gt4 is another story. Everything looks so much better.
Gt4 is a big step from gt3, dont agree, sry, deal with it.

I own GTC and the graphics in GTC are better than in GT3, not much but the graphics in GT4:P are'nt much better than GTC. If you've played GTC you'd know it's got better graphics than GT3.

Anyway, gt4, the new build, judging from the new pics, and vids, it looks alot better, more photorealistic than gt3 and gtc. I guess I say this because the new tracks looks so good. We'll do better comparing the same tracks of gt4 and gt3.

GT4 does have better graphics, but only on the tracks and we have'nt seen any of the tracks from GT3 to compare them properly, and graphics quality is not an opinion, they are either better or ther arn't and either way, its a fact.
