Jedi forgot to code it into the game :sly:

Wow - you're a polite bloke aren't you?

and what does "douse" mean exactly....lol

Jedi..... I demand that you answer the chap - he wants you to tell him why you didn't include HDD support :dopey:

Simple.. there was no reason to. The game's not online, so there's no downloadable content to be saved. The 8MB memory cards are plenty big enough for save-games. So what would you like the HDD to be used for? Contrary to popular belief, the HDD is actually one of the most useless peripherals Sony made for the PS2. Ever wonder why the new Slimline PSTwo doesn't even support it? There are.. what, two games that can use it? And it's only required for ONE game.

If you're trying to find a reason to justify your purchase of the HDD, look elsewhere.

You can go buy a 512 USB Flash Drive and save alot of photomode images....Alot of them.

It's hardly fair to call the HDD useless. You are aware that you can cycle content on and off of your memory card, right? No need to buy card after card after card, or sacrifice precious save files to make room for new ones.

I love my HDD. I bought FF11 just so I could get it. 👍

I had to make room for a 3000k update for killzone and how do I make my HDD save it?

I dunno, I suggest reading the manual for the game and the HDD. I have no other purpose for it side from an essentialy infinite memory card, so I never read the manual. ^^;

Well it is a Network Adaptor but says HDD on it. Is this the same thing?

No. That black box that says HDD is the network adapter. I have NO IDEA why Sony was compelled to inscribe "HDD" on it. :indiff:

yesterdaylight
because you need it to make your HD work :D
Eiji
Yeah, its got the IDE interface and the molex connector on it.

Oh yeah! Me = :dunce:

i think gt4 should use the hdd for faster loding times and to save pic from photo mode and b-spec videos

Saving photomode pics would be cool, I guess...but why? A flashdrive is like, $20 US if you get a cheap one. It's not hard to afford that, even on my crappy budget. Get that, and you can save your stuff to your ACTUAL harddrive, the one inside the machine you're typing on now. 👍
