I love the paint job on the TVR, stunning, also very jealous of the skid marks being put down by the NSX 👍
Technically speaking the graphics are far better than what we've seen from GT4 so far (in game shots). The lighting and "grainy" stuff is a matter of opinion.
But...and we'll see what code_kev makes of my next comment
This thread is GT4 or Forza, but Forza has to prove it is better than GT3. That is not as crazy a statement as it sounds. Obviously the graphics blow it away, but the GT series has sold 35 million units world wide (excluding GT4) that is success. Forza could have the best physics and handling but if the game sucks, then the game sucks. (I doubt it will

)
Sales are what matters in the world of consoles, you can call them driving simulators, but they are just games, or units. If it isn't fun to play and doesn't fly off the shelf, there won't be a Forza 2, no matter how realistic the first one was.
Microsoft will judge Forza on its sales, there are many "hardcore PC racing sims" that outperform GT's physics but they are not popular in the sense they do not appeal to a mass market, so they don't make huge amounts of cash for their developers, and thats what counts.
If you think I'm crazy for comparing Forza to GT3, I don't mind. But will people still be playing Forza after 3 years and still claim it to be the best racing game ever? (as they do with GT3)
Before the backlash starts

I'm just saying that Forza has to defeat GT3 before it can make a move on GT4's claim to the crown. At the moment it is just a young pretender to the throne with a lot to prove
