I'm liking this thread. Maximum Creds/Min is what we need.

So far it looks like indy is, im ALMOST 23. But as it gets boring i want to add others to grind for just so it switches it up a bit.

If you repeat the championship, I assume you get the championship credits as well?

Ill try but i havent really gotten far in B-spec yet. If someone else wants to add in some B-spec info ill gladly add it in.

Bob completed b spec laguna seca in 2 hours for 86k exp, in the GTF1 car. So it's not as good as the 60 lap race for exp.

fastest b-spec mode to level up and earn credits is the Turbo event under extreme, takes about 12 minutes and you earn 30600 credits and about 4300xp (This is on the monza circuit btw)

Are u talking about Expert mode? Because turbo series in Expert

Yeah, i think those 2 are the best ones for sure. Only bad part that they need lvl 21 and 23 ( or was it 22 for American Championship ) to start with and a fast car. And they are very boring too, because it's ovals... maybe NASCAR fans will like it tho. >.<

Boring yes, but for 3 minutes of Driving I'm not complaining


The credits earned in B Spec are just not worth it yet. Occasionally the championship money is good, and the XP is usually around 5k, but for twice the amount of laps the credits just do not seem worth it. I'm dying to get to the Extreme events to win Like The Wind, but until then I don't know what the prize money is.

i too use the high speed ring in expert mode not sure if its in the MR or the turbo event the one that gives 36.000 credits i use my stealth audi r10 got it done in 2.56.650 so 36.000 for 3 min run and 1 min load. only thing i changed is soft race tires

I just did the Indy Grind to get from Level 27 to 28 XP needed means you need to do that Race 19.47 Times so lets call it 20

so 20 x 5 mins with loading Equals 1 hours and 40 mins

20 x 98.000cr = 1,96000cr easy money

20 x 4400XP = 88.000XP

When you look at the Endurance Races Avialable at Level 27 It kinda makes you feel short changed (I do Like the Endurance Races though)

Grand Valley 300km's so Roughly 2 hours of Solid Drivng unless you Pause the Game . I think the XP is something like 100,000 though but the CR is Only 136.000

Some of the events (particularly the championships and endurance races) could do with a 0 added to the end of their prize funds.

Grand Valley Enduro is beaten by the 5 lap indy race in expert mode for credit grinding, and is beaten by the 10 lap indy race in expert mode for exp grinding.

This is not grinding, but I thought worth mentioning here:

I have just golded the Special Event:Rally:Snow:Advanced and won nearly 15,000 XP and a load of cash (sorry I cannot remember the exact figure), and I won the event by nearly 2 mins, took over 20 minutes to do.

I estimate that golding all the Rally Special Events will be worth in the region of 80,000 XP and sheds loads of cash, and so far it has been real easy.

So not grindable, as it is not repeatable, but if you have not been doing the Rally Special there is an awful lot of cash and XP to be won.

I have not bought a Rally Car either both were won in other events, the Citroen C4 is my current steed won by golding the Loeb Special Event, so no initial outlay either.

I honestly think people should focus on grinding the XP before Cr. Get to level 30, bronze the Sebastian Vettel challenge, and with the X1, who knows how fast you'd finish Indy.

The X1 pulling 470kph on the 4km per lap Indy, calculates to 0.130555556 kilometers per second. Using that ratio, 4 kilometers (1 lap) of Indy takes about 30 seconds, all in all equaling 2.5 minutes per event. Since you'd probably be lapping other cars, it's safe to assume that it's possible pulling 22-23 seconds per lap because the X1 has a top speed of 500 kph.

That's 1760 XP per minute, and 39200 Cr. per minute.

Even that's a bit minimal, since Indy isn't filled with turns. Expect much more improvement on more complicated tracks. I'm going to guess, 50 to 60 percent faster on Endurance races when driven correctly.

Is the Corvette worth buying for the American Championship, I'm using a Nascar at the moment. How much does this cost?

for green hell lovers like, may I suggest to go Schwatzwald-league-b for a Nurburgring race as soon as you get lvl 20 ?

it's surely slower than indy oval races, but gives a fair amount of cr. an exp. and it is definitly more fun ...
as of now, I'm heading to get some german group C or LMP just to grind credits while both keeping clear from oval-shaped tracks and training on my fave and gt most varied circuit.

I'm currently grinding bspec, German touring cars at nordscheilfe, in extreme. Gives 45000 cr, but 10450 xp. Takes around 16 mins.

I'll tell you what I've been doing. I'm currently level 26. To get XP, I've been doing the last race of the Dream Car Championship. It's 3 laps of the 24 hour Nurb. It may take in the upwards of 25-30 minutes to complete, depending on the car used and if its raining or not, but it gives a good amount of XP, and here's the kicker - its fun! I know you can probably get points and cash quicker by doing Indy over and over, but to me that got boring. So now I take different cars on the Ring to see how they do on the 24 hour layout. I would spend time doing it in practice anyway. Why not get something out of the deal? And I don't only take cars that will win, I've taken my LFA, my Challenger, GT-R. I've gotten last, but it still gives good points. I'm just saying, if you want to practice the Ring, you might as well do it in the Dream Car Champoinship so you can get some XP.

I was under the impression you wouldn't be allowed to use the X1 for this purpose?

Has anybody counted how much xp is required total from level 20 to 30? Then it could be estimated how long it woud take to get there.

On the Indy race in the American Championship. I find that the ZR1 RM seems to be the fastest capable of total race times of 3:36-3:43 fully modded with soft race tires but is tricky to keep off the wall when running flat out.

The Ford GT Spec II LM Race car is capable of turning 3:40 total race time pretty much every race and is very easy to get around the track with soft race tires. My average full speed non draft lap in this car is 43.0xx. In the Vette I can get high 41s and low 42s but also bump the wall sometimes causing me to turn mid 43s.

So the Vette is faster but the Ford GT is easy. Take your pick

if you're pre-level 17 and have a lotus, i found the british lightweight race on London is a quick ~3-minute race for $24k.

Yeah i dunno they made GT5 alot harder to get money then the other games, and i bet you get a crappy car after spending 2 hours doing a race and only getting what 200k.
