I think a lot has been lost in translation as I have heard from a few Russian's that GT5 will be out at the last day of November or the first of December, and I think this has been lost down the line somewhere as a world wide delay. I do think that GT5 will be out in December in Russia but I think we will have it at the beginning of November everywhere else.

Remember this is just my guess, it is not FACT.
 
If this is just a rumor It is spreading fast to many websites, but none are official ones
