Personally, I would imagine that would work well for the arcade mode.
Actually, wouldn't an arcade mode working a a bit like GTPSP be more fun than usual?
I think there's the need of a mode where one doesn't have to think about credit management, deep tuning or licences, but instead just to drive, race and collect cars.
If it's instead for the GT Life mode, though, I'll be seriously disappointed.

Can someone explain to me what the PSP dealership system was? I always enjoyed the GT-mode world map + currency system. Especially at the start - searching for a bargain to run in the Sunday Cup, pondering how to spend your first earnings, saving for upgrades..
