So, question to my friends across the pond.

How legit is this guy?

Whatthe**** ?! They let the guy from The Gadget Show (kinda sucks) play GT5 as one of the first people in the world ?! Why not some Gametrailer/IGN or whatever guys ?!

Doesn't that mean it's gone gold?

If you know how game development works, a game "goes gold" around 4-6 weeks before release. Seeing as GT5 missed its production window by only 3 days, it went gold weeks ago.

Yeah , I think he could risk his career for putting up fake pic's of a yet unreleased game. Especially a game of this magnitude.

So, to all guys, who know this guy rather well: Do you think he has the GAME or only demo?

Sounds promising, I was going to say something about expecting Tweets once a review build appears, and now this shows up!

No reason why he couldn't have the review version if it exists, he covers some game stuff on the Gadget Show, uses simulators now and again, they give away big piles of consoles and other gadgets each week.

Am not saying its not, but how do you know its a demo?
It could be from the cars that are available on-screen, but then it could also be arcade mode.

"Is this new hope I've found?"

Whatahells happening here? How come this guy has GT5 and not us?? Why? Did it actualy release today but we were to busy complaining on the site that we missed it? It can't be like that, can it? OH DEAR GOD..!

Mhh , I don't know. He doesn't say it is the demo , nor he says it's the full game. Although , I doubt he will be one of the first people in the world to play this game. It's not really a game show host or journalist or anything like that....

Honestly, this will go down as one of the worst events this generation. People will always judge GT by this event. Its quite unfortunate.

Could somebody with a twitter account ask this guy if it's only a demo or the full game, would be cool.

For non UK readers......Jason is actualy a HUGE gameing fan! Heres a clip from the "Gadget show" on channel 4 UK

He's been playing a few games recently, and he is a "proper" gamer. I don't remember if The Gadget Show does game reviews (in any real depth) but he does other stuff besides that programme, too.

Yeah Jason's a cool guy. I have tweeted him. I guess it's a demo though, still cool that he's got the demo at home.

He is playing Black ops and Assassins creed. And he probably gets more game coverage than most journos simply for being on TV, something that is worth alot to game companies.

I again am dazzled by the speed news crosses all over the world. This guy twittered it 30 minutes ago and I , on the other side of the globe know from it... 40 years ago , no one would even think about that being possible for us normal souls...

Anyway , i'm interested in how this turns out....

40 years ago, Gran Turismo 5 was in the early stage.
