Well would you look at this, the last few weeks this thread has been nothing but negative. Now everyone is excited and positive again. Has Sanity been restored?

No, it's just people wiping their memory clean as if nothing every happened. When sony screws up again they'll want their head on a platter.
After all, all we got is that the game is being pressed. No date but people are assuming within a month. I'd hate to be sony and have plans that say otherwise.

anyone more than me that feel like doing an Cartman & freeze themselves 'til the game is out?

I really hope tomorrow will bring us even more (better) news than this, but oh yeah, knowing the game is finally being manufactured is a really nice feeling:)

Perhaps I'm boldly going out on a very optimistic limb, but I firmly believe it already is :) I don't know or claim to know, but I strongly feel it will be.

Edit. Yes it's the gadget show guy. That's where I know him from. Bad show, annoying host, horrible gadgets. Eww, now he gets to play GT5.
 
I think there is hope for this month. Sony wants it out as early as possible. If they started yesterday (monday) then I think they are done with printing thursday , shipped on monday and it will take around 1/5 weeks to ship it to retailers. That's my guess. Although , maybe they wait a few days/weeks for some last moment ad campaigns.
 
Can't get any better ...My youngest is seven today and finally some good news to top the night off.
Now all I need is a promise from the wife and that's my hat trick LOL

Judging by all the current news, early December is the most likely release date for GT5. (December 7th for the US to be precise)
 
It's definitely a demo as the full version has tabs that say Arcade Mode Only, Favorites and Portable Garage.

I don't know man. I think it's more reasonable to think that sony could press 15 million disks by lunch tomorrow and overnight them all to retailers. We should have GT5 this thursday.:rolleyes:

So the game is actualy finnished now. No more coding in it. Can't believe it. Damn, I wonder how the full game will be, the finnished product of GT5 after 5 years. With damage, rain,snow, day, night, cars that gets dirty, nascar, gokart, 1000cars 100 tracks, hopefully a awesome physics engine, great AI, 16 drivers on 1 track. Oh man I'am so excited. Has anyone actualy played the full version and then shared his thoughts? I don't think so, but I don't know actualy. Someone?

I guess that we could bet on a release at the end of the current month, however early or the middle of december seems more realistic to me
