Turns out the release date by weltbild was a mistake -> now theres just a "ready for dispatch from November 2010".

then say they may have more News about a Release Date by the End of October .

October drags by No News .

12th November Kaz Tweets there maybe News about the Release Date .

Lots of Maybe's and very little News doesn't make me Excited at all 👎
 
That new video is a little odd. The damage is far too light for those hits, and there's no drivetrain damage that we know was confirmed.

Was it on beginner/medium settings?

this is not full damage, i think you can choose 1 - 100, this is around 20 ;)

It could indicate how this game is possibly coming this year. Two Worlds is now 2011 because of Sony it seems. Two Words II fans must be pissed. Whatever, as long as I'm happy.

Since you seem to have GT5 could you please make a vid with a standard car going through al gt auto options, You know, paint, rims, bodykit etc etc.

Would be appreciated by many I think :D

You must open this stuff in game by carreer process... I'm still at begining :-)

You are going to buy the game even if there is no damage right? then why in the world do you want to see all that and spoil yourself.
 
Hate to cast more shadows over this than there already are, but I doubt they'll announce anything today. I think they'll let the uncertainty hang over the weekend to keep people wanting more.

I have to agree, I'd just like to know if we're getting a nerfed product. If the slider is true, then that explains it completely, and I'm okay with that.

Yeah, was the damage set on full? And I'm assuming mechanical damage was off?

it's not so much spoiling it as it is impatience. Damage isn't why I'm buying the game.

Thanks. Mechanical damage had to be off because plowing into a wall over 100mph should make the car very unstable.

Agreed.

I think damage in arcade mode is set via the difficulty, it would seem to make sense. This would also explain why it took so long to deform the car after multiple 260km/h hits, as well as no mechanical damage.
