If this isn't the full version then its definetely more than the demo we have seen so sony must be involved and in that case I wouldn't listen to any list or anything we have seen on these, I think sony didn't want us to see this and then get the game and go oh my god we can change rims on standard cars and such and there are more tracks then we thought. Went to Gamestop this morning to pick up my N4S HP. They had a Collector's Edition display, cool. But the packaging is a flimsy cardboard box, the artwork is nice though. They should all have been tin.

If thats the case, then did Sony really published review/beta copies first and knew that they were going to be leaked one way or another, made the delay, then produced the final copy to which Szmisssz has?

Also pointed out by some members is that the disc rating doesn't match the GT5 cover, so i would assume that maybe it was infact review copies of some sort.

PD could make a movie based on the release on GT5, its got so much suspense, twists and turns

Either he tried to access something that required online capability (obviously not available yet because the servers aren't up), or this is just us being strung along by viral marketing which I still think is why we are only getting pretty select videos.

There's no way that a copy was printed in it's retail form (ie: art printed disc, case and manual), that is actually an incomplete review or promo copy. Promo Copies are a bland red and white disc design for starters, so if that's supposedly a "review" copy then I'm pretty sure this is viral marketing because it doesn't add up.

Dont get your hopes up on that. We dont know anything for sure. He may have been trying to access a feature that was disabled until the servers go online.

after an epic weekend of seeing oceansize and deftones, i came home today, to a delivered Logitech Driving force Gt which i ordered last week. So after finding nothing i could clamp the wheel too, i eventually had to bring down my tv from my room, ps3 from living room and set up in the kitchen on the kitchen table. Whacked in F1 2010, and really enjoyed using the wheel. even if my right foot aches a little bit now.

Its stupidly more accurate than a controller, and even without putting a spetacular lap in, im pretty sure i was much quicker than with a controller. F1 did feel a little light in places- esepcially in tight corners- hairpin at montreal, and i was expecting more feedback, but i loved using the wheel.

Thing is , i don't want to have to keep moving my ps3 everywhere. it only seems to connect online in the living room, and i can't keep shifting my tv down to the kitchen all the time. so i guess i be buidling me a frame in the next few days

From the latest news that RDK got the message of something like "Not available in this version", it would seem that the copy RDK has is a review copy which is why he got that message. Added with the fact that when he reached level 17 the end credits came up, it would also back up alot of things that are missing from the game that we told would be in the game by PD.

The following is an old video but it could answer one of the main questions we had. Track count. The so called official track is more than likely a tease. While waiting for GT5 I have been watching old videos and rewatched this. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KB1tj64fvb0. Fast forward to around 8:25. I have been saying all along that PD/Sony are hiding alot from us. Which makes perfect sense. Why reveal the whole game before its out. I think we are in for a big surprise. I think the leaked videos, official track list, and car list barely scratched the surface. I am sure most of the car list is in place though.

I sort of thought this as well Because in truth 95% of gt5 sales will come from people who don't know about these forums and don't even bother looking for official track lists etc: so the lists were put there knowing they would go straight onto fan forums, maybe it is a teaser (although I don't expect it to be). we will have to wait and see.There must be something taking up all of that blu ray space.

If you enjoyed the wheel playing F1 then you'll love it in GT5, because the Forcefeeback in F1 2010 is abysmal; it's nothing more than resistance to turning rather than it providing you with information about grip and balance as it does in GT.

Did you read it, It said not available in this version, meaning what he has is not the final version of GT5 just as it did with the GT5 demo when you clicked on icons. If it was an online issue it would of said not available at this time.

thats good to hear 👍 , hooking up parts of a lap is far more satisfying, i was using much more of the track, much later on the brakes, and earlier on the throttle. perhaps it was down to i havnt played the game in a few week, but it felt a lot of fun.

Also, that wouldn't really be a review copy... more like a preview copy. I mean do you think Gamespot, IGN, and GameTrailers would really tell people the damage is really crappy and that there are limited numbers of tracks, but in the final copy of which is coming next week we actually get these things?

i would recommend buying/building a racing stand, you get alot of great stands now a day if you cant afford a wheelstand you can build one easy there are guides on the nett that can help you i made my own stand, got a old subaru seat from my old workplace, and made the frame of wood,

and for 2 years ago i won a playseat in a kart race where i live,

so go go only 8days to gt5!!!!
