Is there a not so hidden message that Spa & Bathurst are not included in the game there?

As we were the first session and had a slight overrun, Kazunori couldn’t take many questions. However, he was able to confirm that the number of unique courses available in the game is “more than 70″ – with the added scope of online Course Maker circuits

 That's plenty!

sadly 800+ cars will just be tinted glasses no interior view or at least cockpit. well forza 400 cars all have cockpit view

they did

and that despite their best efforts to respond to criticism about standard car interiors, they were not able to implement cockpit camera (even one similar to GTPSP’s) in GT5 – a source of some disappointment to Kazunori, who is never happy to let down his fans and is probably his own biggest critic.

They still did not ask to finally confirm if 800+ cars will just be tinted glasses no interior view or at least cockpit

Read the article, it says the Standard cars won't have any kind of cockpit view or interior.

Regarding Spa, it was just a comment Jordan made. Spa ->could<- still make it. We have to wait and see.

I am more than satisfied with that. And to imagine all the Touge and drifting tracks that will be available :)

Not sure if you can share your track with your friends only or the whole world. Would be pretty disappointing if there's so many great user tracks created out there but the only way to get them is if your "friends" with the creator. How would you even know...

I totally agree,

I have also other concerns :

1/ AI, I hope they could achieve at least forza 3 level of AI by the time the game get released

2/ Weather and day/night cycles, on how many tracks those feautures could be activated together ? 50% of the tracks ? less, more ? is there only rain (as shown in a icon of a photo of the game) or also snow ? wind ?

3/ tree shadows on the cars, they are too much pixelated, but I am skepctic if they could improve it, still only 3 months of development time

4/ skidmarks, will they still on the track the whole laps (great if true !) or are they gonna disappear ? if they are gonna disappear than they are not very useful...just a graphical effect...

5/ when I get used to cockpit view in the game, I fear I wont be able to appreciate driving standard cars with no cockpit view, so I wont profit from 800 cars included in the game...

Not to nitpick, but some of those cockpits dont have working dials and look pretty low quality compared to GT5 so I can understand why. Non the less I would still love to have them for all.

It would be odd for them to model Spa's surroundings but not Spa.

I'm really looking forward tot his game, I was hoping for more then 4 environments but the have weather and day/night so it will seem like ALOT more.

Not only day/night but choose a specific time 3am, 12noon, 7am, 3pm, 10pm. The light source in the sky will make alot of difference. 👍

What if day/night transition only does work on the four Course Creator locations? Now that would be a letdown in my opinion. :nervous:

Pretty much.:indiff: All of the things I was looking forward to GT5 hopefully having are all the things GT5 just happens to not have, despite having every other conceiveable feature.

I want to focus o the good things like the ps4 quality graphics, live editor, and my favorite Ferrari 330 but with only 200 cars which is a very small percent will ahev interior view, it still bugs me a bit honestly.

The tyre selection is alot more advanced than Prolouge. It also appears that the garage will be split for a standard section and a premum one.

Can we expect to get more news regarding online features - more announcrments press conferences due in tne coming hours/days etc?

You do realise that Sports Soft is and always has been the long way of saying S3 right?

They aren't all the Coursemaker themes, by the position of that scroll to the right 👍.We may get another 4 themes there peeps.

I don't think that is a Kazunori quote, Famine could clear that up though.

I still don't see any Aussie cars yet.

Look, I'm very pleased and hyped by all the news. However, as I use cockpit view only, the steering and shifting animations are really bugging me. The P4 @ Monza video is ridiculous as the in-game wheel is barely even moving in the corners. Also, I can't stop laughing at how the driver is holding the wheel in paddle shifter cars. 👎

Most of you may think this is irrelevant, but I don't, and the game could be much better and enjoyable if they fixed small things like this, in my opinion.

Yes you are correct but with weather now we can get slicks and everything as well.
Edit:sorry I meant wet tyres for rain and snow and whatnot.

Slicks are the racing tyres we have known so far in previous full GT's.

As for the themes for the track editor it looks as if we have toscana=road tarmac, belgian= road tarmac, The one thats bottom left= gravel or concrete and the top left one= rally surface

Not even a bonnet view, it's simple, I need to learn to use bumper view and lose all visual character of the car I'm driving.:( The old-school Ferrari looks tricky to control.

What? Why don't you use cockpit view then? :dunce:

Already been said that you could sync real life track times with the in game track time. 👍

Great News so far from GC. Looking more and more forward to GT5.

Two Questions:

1. Tracks: Does 70+ "unique" tracks mean that there are 70+ courses plus or including their variations?
2. Will there be an option to turn off the Hud or parts of it? Since I'm going to play the game A LOT, my plasma TV wouldn't like the Hud being on all the time...

What cockpit view?! I'll use it when I can, but since most cars are standard most of the time cockpit view isn't an option, and transitioning between 2 different views all of the time will add to the difficulty.
