I haven't read through all 27 pages of posts to see if this was asked, but why aren't the GTHD Concept bikes included in the list? No faith?

- Honda CBR 1000 RR '05
- Suzuki Skywave ?? '05 (I couldn't make out the full model name)
- Yamaha YZF-R1 RM '05

Yes but:
READ ME FIRST: This thread is meant to list any and all cars that are either confirmed or semi-confirmed to being in GT5.

They were in GTHD, but not GTPrologue which will eventually become GT5.

Why not? As far as I know, bikes haven't yet been confirmed to not be in the game.
Neither was the Reliant Robin, Peel P50, Space Shuttle, Eiffel Tower, etc. That doesn't mean we should put it on the list.

Uh... most of the cars on the topic list are from GTHD Concept (they didn't even make it to release) and were NEVER shown in Prologue.

Even so, there won't be motorcycles in GT5, that's what Tourist Trophy is for! :dunce:

And yet, they were still considered for GTHD :dunce:. I repeat:

Why not? As far as I know, bikes haven't yet been confirmed to not be in the game.

So the bikes I listed are just as likely as most of the list.

All the cars on the list have been seen in screen shots, have been confirmed by PD, or were in GTHD.

The bikes you listed didn't even make the final cut for GTHD. So no, they're not as likely to be in GT5.

The bikes I listed were all in a screenshot (I believe I linked it; for the lazy, here it is again), and I'll say this again: not all the cars in this topic's list made the final cut for GTHD either!

Are these not the only cars that were actually in the release version of GTHD?

- Infiniti G35 Coupe '06
- Mazda Eunos Roadster '89
- Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VI GSR '96
- Nissan Skyline GT-R Vspec II '94
- Toyota Celica GT-Four Rally Car (ST205) '95

Well then, I suppose we should delete the cars from that screenshot not to be in any of the games, as there's no way in Hell bikes will be in GT5.

/argument

Bikes are not included because there are no plans for bikes in GT5. Their one-off appearance in a few very early GT videos doesn't mean much of anything.

And there's nothing there saying the Amuse 380 will be in Gran Turismo. The article says the Amuse 350Z will be in Gran Turismo, which is already listed.

Nor did we really need three picturse from the same thing you already linked to...

Then can you please explain why you included all those other cars that made "one-off appearance in a few very early GT videos"? Even though all cars from GT4 are said to be in the game, there are a few that never were - Team Oreca R8, Esso Ultraflow Supra, '05 Miata. They don't mean much of anything. And if you're listing the rest because of the "all cars from GT4" proclomation, why point them out at all?

And the fact that bikes were considered for GTHD obviously means there were/are "plans" for them in GT5.

Well if they had bikes in GTHD, but not GT5P, why would they end up in GT5? Wouldn't they have offered bikes in GT5P if they were going to be in GT5 since they already had the models available to work with? I wouldn't think so, they have TT for a reason: for bikes.

Cyborg has a point. You can't base the list on whether you "expect" GT5 to have bikes. I suggest the list gets cleaned up and only lists ones that are confirmed for GT5, which is probably very small.

That's true, since I believe that list was from when this was the GTHD/GT5P thread.

The cars featured in GTHD are included simply because they more then likely had their modelling redone, and therefore are most likely already modeled for GT5. The Team Oreca R8 for one was a completely new car that wasn't even carried over from GT4, so I find it silly to assume that they wont be in GT5.

If PD announces bikes in GT5, I'll add them, but at the moment there is no implication at all that they will be included.

I'm not including cars from GT4 because we've already heard that story with GT3 cars all being in GT4 reportedly.
