The lighting on the 'desert' track is very similar to the rally circuit we've seen in that early GT5 video (the one with the 2009 Impreza WRC).

Maybe it's some kind of test facility, it has track markings but not much in the way of advertising or spectator safety facilities, similar to the Complex String. How about it being free-roam with different layouts on different surfaces like the Milbrook test facility in the UK?

On second impressions, it just looks like some mediterranean country roads.

That gravel road from the E3 GT5 trailer is rumoured to be a new rally based in Toscana, Italy. I immediately thought the location in the Ferrari 458 Italia video is the same location we saw in the E3 trailer. Perhaps it will be a new race location with both tarmac and rally events, similar to El Capitan/Cathedral Rocks in GT4.

It's not a desert, they're hay plains. None of the sections of the road in the video appeared to resemble Infineon Raceway either.

all the cars from the intro moive are confirmed for gt5 because rembember all cars playable in gt5psp will be able to be played in gt5 is what he said a couple of months ago so by the means of that all of those cars will need to be confirmed

Why isn't Pagani's Zonda added if Lamborghini is added? Lambo has only been seen in GT Mobile, same with the Zonda. Seems only fair....

The Lamborghini was confirmed as being in another GT title other than GT PSP though admittedly it didn't mention GT5 specifically. It's not about being fair, it's about being confirmed or not.

I wish people would stop stating this as fact, it might be the case that GT5 has every car GT PSP has, but Kaz didn't confirm that was the case in any sense of the word. He said that cars in GT PSP might be transferrable to GT5, that doesn't mean every car in GT5 will be in GT PSP or every car in GT PSP will be in GT5, it just means that the cars in both might be transferrable.
