Please PD give us more seasonal events like they have been in GT5. And I am not talking about 3 each months. I am talking about LOTS of seasonal's. That would be no work at all for PD.

We want to enjoy this game but we have nothing to do because everyone finished the game in a few weeks. If you need some good ideas for interesting seasonal events, just ask the community. I am sure we can help you out.

ALOT more seasonals, and ideally, more seasonals that involve greater lenghts on real world tracks. Would LOVE a 5 lap race of the nordschleife or a 10 lapper at Monza for FIA GT3/Group C cars.

But yeah, I still dont get this GT5 vs GT6 seasonals thing. Its quite a bizarre situation if you think about it.

Repeatable for credits too. One and done hot laps are fine, but give us a good grind once in a while.

Maybe microtransactions killed the repeatable seasonal?

Why would you ever buy 1 million credits when you could repeat is seasonal in 10 minutes for the same amount?

No, GT5Level41 said it right and I mentioned this somehwere else already. There will be no repeatable races, until this microtransaction sh:censored: is gone. Also the only reason GT6 is out, is to buy time for PD to develop GT7 on PS4 till xmas. They will not support GT6 this year with major stuff. They got all the money, and since everyone hates GT6 by december, they release GT7 with all the good stuff they promised for GT6. You go and buy the PS4 and GT7.... voila. Sony cashed in again... Its time to buy some Sony Stock... just my 2 cent

They will support and continue to provide updates for GT6. They may not get here as soon as we would like and it is possible that one or more of those features may not make it but they will continue to support it for sure.

As for GT7 on the PS4 this year, I would be shocked if that were the case. They said in a year or two and a lot of people seem to take that as meaning this year where if you consider the track record it would mean in 2-3 years maybe 4 ;)

PD would probably take 3-4 years to develop it. But Sony wants to push their PS4 sales and thats why I think they will release GT7 this year. Maybe in the same way as GT6... they even talked somewhere in this forum about a GT7 Prologue... so my guess is, GT7 whatever kind of game in 2014.

GT6 only has Super laps, I am sick of these, wasting money to buy cars just to compete in those races and you can only do it once so you will only get prize money once. I cant even remember if its like you win bronze and you get prize for that.. do you get prize if you beat your bronze record and get gold? That is how long its been since I last touched my GT6.

I think I have given up on this and not moving to PS4 any time soon.

I'd rather they have seasonal races like GT5, interspersed with time trials. That being said, most of the super laps use cars you would have won in career mode.

Forget seasonals; they've already shown they can patch in events into career mode; that, for me, is where they should be adding races. Time trial events make sense to have online, as people want to compete against each others times, but single player races should all be available offline. It really shouldn't be hard for PD to update all of the current race events from 3 races to 10+, as well as adding a bunch of completely new ones.

I think a good amount of GT5 seasonals were B-Spec and actual races. Why they are avoiding the racing seasonals now is beyond me, there are many challenges they can still create and give players.

I'm surprised they're still creating GT5 seasonals to be honest, especially when they're turning the servers off soon.

Surely they should focus everything on GT6, but leave the servers for GT5 online so those that still do play it online can continue to do so?

My best bet is that a lot will change after community update and because of that current seasonal events are just to keep us busy and it will all change after big patch comes out.

I know - it's the best possible scenario :)

Recent history would suggest otherwise...

Yeah, what's the deal with all seasonals in GT6 being super laps, it's so dull now.

Knowing PD they probably have only one dude who makes those events and he still works on GT5. Maybe once GT5 gets axed, we will get more variating events for GT6. I think this will also be the time when we get the promised community features, because all those servers capacities that are used for GT5 become free.

Because PD does 't want us to have fun.

Just kidding... Well, I really don't know, but my guess is that it has to do with the credit thing. The more events we have the more chance we have to get money and that's bad for their stupid Micro Transaction system. Something that can give evidence of this is the fact that we only get those one-time TT's.

I might be wrong, but this game feels awfully controlled limited on purpose by the developer.

No you are not kidding at all. Remember this is the "real driving simulator" - no word about being a GAME. Because a game is supposed to be fun. By the way: They never told us this has anything to do with "racing" either.

I think PD will focus more on GT6 once GT5 online server closes down and if that does not happen boy is something going to hit the fan.

Yes if you get Gold you get awarded prize money for Bronze + Silver + Gold unless of course you have already collected the prize for Bronze and/or Silver already in which case you only get the prize(s) you haven't already collected.

I would also like to see the actual seasonal races rather than these super laps. I really liked the expert A-Spec seasonals they added to GT5 and even the one shot seasonals were ok, better than these one shot 2 week time trials that can only be ran once. In many cases I post a gold time on the first lap so they don't add much to the game experience for me.

On the Super laps if you could run them over and over and continue to win prize money then they would be a lot more interesting and a lot of people would strive to move up the leaderboards but as is I just run 1 or 2 laps, collect the prize and move on.

They also really need to increase the prize money for online races, allow the addition of AI cars to fill out the grid and allow the option of turning collisions off.

Let GT5 players have their fun, cuz when the server will be off im sure everything will witch to gt6

I just liked your comment because of the third last word... please leave it as it is. It´s funny and true... :sly:

I know one thing, GT6 seasonals simply don't pay enough. GT5's gave a lot of money, which prevented having to go through any annoying grinding.

Well that was annoying too. 5 minutes and you got milion. That was too much and now its too low :D

Thats because the option to buy credits ingame for real money. Thats the only reason why they give so little.
