Not sure if it has been covered here before, but why are there so many more GT5 seasonal updates compared to GT6? In fact, why are there GT5 seasonal updates at all now given GT6 has preceded it?

Because GT6 was a disaster and PD know it so are trying to get people to go back to GT5 so they can work on GT7 and pretend this never happened even though it did and its not too bad but its not updated enough to keep people interested as well as the fact Vision GT is dead and Kaz keeps forgetting to go to work.

just my guess

Maybe microtransactions killed the repeatable seasonal?

Why would you ever buy 1 million credits when you could repeat is seasonal in 10 minutes for the same amount?

Darn - that just hit me. i was wondering why the credits are so few after the special events are done, but that does make sense. Smoking my first earned 20M on a 250 GTO doesnt feel that smart anymore.. :guilty: It is a fun and fast car, but low pp races for racecars are slim to non online..

Pretty hard to know considering there's zero communication form Polyphony Digital.

Well that was annoying too. 5 minutes and you got milion. That was too much and now its too low :D

Thats because the option to buy credits ingame for real money. Thats to only reason whya they give so little.
Well if that were the reason, then the Redbull events wouldn't give you millions either. Redbull Standard Championship gives you around 2.3 million credits with 200% login if you gold all five races. It only takes abut 25 minutes to do.

Well its at least 5 times longer. And given the speed of the RB it should be at least a little harder. (im not that far in the game)
