Amazing patch!

Only if they would add 900 degree steering animation, drifting would look epic. Or at least hood cam or option to remove wheel.

I was expecting a bit better than this for the majority of cars to be honest. But the effort made for those open cockpits are good enough. Now Audi R8 race car will be played more, and what about race cars such as Sauber C9, I think there must be more types than those shown. I hope...
 
Love how the open cockpit cars actually get proper cockpits now...we get onboard LMP's and everything now! :D

Also wonder if they'll get rid of the 2010 NASCARs with the addition of the 2011s.

Also that looks like an RM RX-7 and also another Impreza RM. Think there's a glimpse of a Skyline RM as well...can't properly tell as it's covered up but it looks like a Skyline. That GT-R is the N24 version not a new RM...unless they incorporate it in as an RM.

They all look RM'ed with sticked on the window though. It's too hard to tell from that blurry photo.

There is no much point for PD to do a good cockpits for the cars that will be 100% screwed in next GT. It's almost waste of the (very expensive) time. However for the some cars it looks okay!

I think we need a new thread about standard cars with good cockpits! 👍

I don't think that they'll scrap the 2010 NASCARs. Why would they do it?

I won't play too much with the 2011 NASCARs, but the more cars, the better! :)

Hopefully not, it would be quite good to compare physics against. there must be some differences, no?

While the G27 works, it is not really acceptable that there is no button support and important functions like the emergency break aren't available unless you kludge a controller into your setup.

E-brake is on the shifter mount,

Its one of the Red buttons. I think 2nd in for the right.

Seems to be new RM cars. I believe these are all included in Spec II since there's still no info about DLC content. Can anyone tell what car is behind the RX-7? Looks like a Lancer to me. Is this GT-R the new car? I thought it was Kaz's car in Nurb 24h.

I think it's either a Lancer or (hold your breath) a RM'ed R34 GTR. Oh god how I would love that!

Also, the Lancer is already RM-able, but not in that livery.

To me, it looks like a Subaru Impreza on the left and a R34 Skyline on the right.
 
This is great, but two things are missing:
More control in Course Maker
A livery editor
That's it. Hopefully these will be included in future updates.
 
Regarding to this pic shadows are not improved at all. Even for standards :( Sorry for complaining...

It's a dam shame they dropped the quality of shadows for better smoke effects, skidmarks and other things that aren't so important. Prologue had perfect shadow effects
