I have been gone for a week on vacation but its nice to see that the Release date is still the same after TGS 10. Thats great news and looks like the game truly will ship this year. 👍

man Im really hoping GT5 has custom soundtracks, lets hope PD keep it in {they did say it was in in the japan site but then it got removed}

@Zero... man, you are really a true blinded fanboy... so annoying all these narrowminded zealots! Can you just appreciate other racing games for what they are? GT5 is beautiful and I'm waiting it with delight, but it's far from perfect on many accounts, and at least on a PC, you have the Anti-Aliasing advantage: These fabulous detailed cars don't have these horrible pixelized edges.. and on PC, Shift is modable, which means that with time, you will have all the cars/physics and graphic that you want... not just wait for Kaz to design them for GT6-10 ;-)

I'm lost, that video sports absolutely no standard cars at all. The rally cars are all premium, the Celica GT Four was in GT HD as a model showing off the high resolution models, I remember being able to see the spare tire in the trunk through the windshield. All the other cars that look like their windshields are darkened are just because of light play off the glass, which happens in real life.

I hope the difference between the premiem and the standard are small and that you can hardly tell the difference. either way, Im sure it will look really good tho!

It's getting annoying with all these people getting pissed off about us comparing GT5 to other games. People are just posting their opinions (it's a forum, remember?). When I mentioned that FM3 looked to have more realistic colors because it made GT5 look way too saturated, I also said you could adjust the saturation in GT4, so I wasn't worried. Suddenly, someone went nuts thinking I said FM3 was better. I have NEVER played FM3 so how can I say if it's better? People need to back down and think before they reply. GT5, IN MY OPINION, looks to be the best racing game we have ever seen. Because this game has taken so long to be put together and released, it's making members here go stupid and mental. People need to get their heads on straight.
Yes this is a GT forum, but that doesn't mean we can't talk about other stuff. The GT part of it is what brings these people together. It's the main subject, not the only one. Give it up.
Ok you are right, this is an discussion forum but then do it in the right thread, I´ll take a short look @gtp every day to get the most important infos (yeah the news page is a bit slow there, takes 1-2 days to post the news that were posted in threads already)... So this is the TGS thread... You know what I mean... I (I´m sure not only I) must scroll through pages of posts to see and find some TGS vidz or infos...
Did anyone notice the ride height of the 458italia in the demo vid @ la sarthe? looked kinda strange to me check at 0:30 and compare to the gallardo
