"I don't think we'll ever outspend Microsoft.":nervous:

To be honest with a game like GT5 Sony doesnt really need to spend a tonne of money advertising it.
They probably dont need to spend anything really, the reviews will sell the game.

So they have to pay the reviewers? :sly:

With just over a month and a half to go, with this being the last event to publicise the game, all has to be revealed at TGS, there won't be another chance before the game launches, this is it.

I don't see a problem with that. What would be of the game with no more surprises to the fans?

I already know it's a racing game, so there really isn't anything they could say that would "spoil" the game for me! ;)

Sony has cheekily admitted that it will never be able - or perhaps have the inclination - to spend the same amount on pushing PlayStation as Microsoft does on Xbox.

The news comes as MS launches its most expensive ever marketing campaign for a single game with Halo: Reach.

Meanwhile, Sony's UK team is set to splash out 750,000pounds on marketing PlayStation Move - hardly small change.

However, when asked if Sony could match Microsoft's megabucks Kinect promotional machine in a new interview, Peter Dille - senior vice president of marketing at Sony Computer Entertainment America - said:

I read that yesterday. M$ putting all their stock into one game. They should spend some of that money elsewhere like hardware development.

Thursday 6AM. :grumpy:
That's when i get out of bed and get ready for school.
But i'll be able to get up early at Saturnday! 💡

5am D: i wont see....lol i will be back home at the end of the day nooooooo

1am and I have classes at 12:30 the next day (technically the same day). I guess I'll watch?

Mhh as always, I think we won´t see a lot on the sony conference, blow out maybe on 17th

I hope they show a demo during the conference.

And in the demo, or in the presentation, I pray they'll detail customization and weather.

But I am mostly looking forward to the demos we'll see during the public days. Some LF-A or HSV action on a fictional track would be beyond epic.

I hope that they don't get to the stupid idea of showing the intro as a trailer:nervous:
And as it's the home of super gt, we should get the full coverage of teams and tracks.

Looking forward to seeing the standards, can't wait.

This is absolutly amazing. Will it be like e3 with the forum explosion. That was just epic. I won't see live coverage this time though unless I can hack in to the school computors.
My predictions: spa
Silverstone
New fantasy track
Go karts on regular tracks. Last one is mainly hope.

Id imagine sony giving the biggest showing yet of GT, with a more robust list of features and finally confirmation of weather, more track details and a full vehicle editor. number plates, driver avatar etc.

xbox biggest franchise releases this week Halo... Id imagine sony wanting to take some hype away from that.

i might just explode!!! this place will be over-run lol! especially november 2nd onwards

I have a question for you all: Is the TGS border (the pink lining) in the first post stretching out your screen? For me, it looks fine, but I know not all people are zoomed in the same way.

It doesn't stretch out the post - but it replaces your images depending on the width

Check now, please. It should be 99.9% perfect at any size.
