It was a 45mb update. Right as the severs went down. Commence speculation :)


Changelog added by mod:
A new update has been released for Gran Turismo 5.
The main contents of the update are as follows:

- The performance point (PP) adjustments that were made in the 2.10 update has been cancelled, and returned to the calculation method in 2.09.

- The automatically selected rain tire type has been adjusted. Please note that this may change the normally recommended tire when entering the pit, and the pit timings of opponent cars during races.

- Adjusted the autopilot during changing road moisture conditions.

[Correction of Known Issues]
- Corrected an issue where the game would not boot after the 2.10 update in some cases.

They probably added some stuff to the online portion, so people can't cheat in the seasonals with the hybrids. Hopefully, anyways.
 
I'm hoping they fixed the save looping glitch. I was in the process of fixing it while the 2.11 notification came up. This was about 10 minutes after I deleted all the patches :lol::banghead:

45 MB is quite a bit for just big fixes but honestly that's all I'm expecting.
 
Let's wait for the official changelog from PD's part.

Don't forget to check the car count on th NCD though. ;)

Ok, modded cars are still modded, won't know if you can still borrow them or use them online until the servers are back up 👍
 
The PP is back to the way it was? YES! Just checked it myself btw, its back. :) That means @Zuel doesn't have to go crazy over trying to fix the PP himself.. :sly:
 
Challenger is finally fixed (again) I think I had mine set at 500pp, now it's jumped to 600pp. I think my Supra got fixed too, I think that jumped 49pp too? Good update!

A cry of exasperation maybe..he's probably tuned 30 cars that are now no longer competitive. We just had a 3 week long F.I.T.T. Shootout at the 'Ring, which is now meaningless...lol. Good times!!
 
My Mercedes-Benz 190 E 2.5 – 16 Evolution II went from 425pp to 485pp.

I'm so happy!!!

Quite a few of the cars would not qualify for it if the Shootout started tomorrow.

What you knew a month ago was no longer true yesterday and what was true yesterday is no longer true today. Way to 🤬 with reality, PD. :P hehe
