GT5net_ Who are they?

I'm pretty sure some of gt5.net racers would love that even Friday or Saturday đź‘Ť

^Wow, Saturday is going to be one busy day of racing. Tuner showdown race 1 at 10.00am GMT, GTP/GTRP/GT5net battle at 22.00pm GMT and then Tuner showdown race 2 at 23.00pm GMT. :scared:
 
I was on suzuka last night, had about 10 races all good.
Then a race with 4 GT5net racers and 1 GTP guy and 5 unknowns , i was like kool should be clean.
How wrong i was, it was the worst race of the night.
none of the gt5net guys were clean, the race was chaos.
I say every1 was in the grass at 1 stage.
on the first lap coming out of the hair pin i got better tranction out of the corner, Gt5net guy in blue mines skyline starts movin to each side of the track i was to block me, as i start to get past he bumps me onto the grass.
Same thing with a gt5net racer,on the next lap in a white mines skyline goin down the straight squeezed me onto the grass.
The winning time was 6.58 and every1 else was in the 7+mins in 750pp:)
cant remember the names correctly, but GT5net_gg13 was one guy.
 
:confused: seems really strange, I can assure you that gg13 is one good & clean racer..... he loves drifting and is pretty good at this so sometimes difficult to pass en the Esse's but ramming other players ???

Did you punt him or ram anyone on previous races ?

What car were you driving ?
I will ask him what happened :)

ok we have a go from rudi racer for the gtrp boys, need conformation from you waynegtc for the gt5net racers. If it goes well we could keep this to a regular meet every weekend .

let's do this 1st as a tester and then next week we will put a new thread up with the title being
Gtp v Gt5net v gtrp showdown.
get it more organized and see who's partcipating. If there's alot we could split it on to groups etc.

There are a few other boards who may want in on the action.
GTPT, GTK, GTC and GTIRN to name a few.
 
it will get to much. Let's start this little taster this week and see how it goes. I've pmd a mid to start a new thread in the online events section as I don't want it to conflict with the online pal thread. Of its we will see who's up for it or not

What about a qualifier race(s)? Each GT board gets 2 racers each, and within the GT boards racers compete (qualify) for the 2 spots. This could either be done through races or hotlaps, whichever is easiest or fair.
 
good idea but then your trying to organize another event and have to have times to suit others. This would do wonders when its private room racing, come on pd

Seeing as most of these boards are European, time differences are not as much of an issue and as long as we set a reasonable time, it should be alright. But yeah, I suppose we should just try and organise a taster event first before trying to mass-organise several boards at once.
I think a proper, in-depth championship between the boards would have to wait till GT5.

Its still nice to have races between them in Prologue as it is though.
 
Bad night for me tonite, I even struggled to drive in a straight line, my EVO X just wouldn't handle. Plenty of GT5net racers tonite, in one of my appauling races I had tonite, out of eleven of us nine were GT5net racers. Talk about being out numbered.

Let me know.... I could either race for GTC with Manu later but maybe have this first trial to test things :)

But whoever was driving the blue Mines was like a man possesed i swear :sly:

Thanks, if I could have stayed more on the track instead of playing in the sand it would have been an awesome race, for me atleast.

A Saturday race meeting sounds great. I will try and be there, even if it means getting out of my warm bed at 4 AM đź‘Ť
 
Sorry for the push Donk ! i was trying a new set up for my car and i've lost control of it.

A race for this week-end will be a good idea, but how it will be possible to be all together in the same race ? (if we are too many drivers ?)
 
if you put your names forward in the new thread we will be able to tell how many there are. If there's to many then there will be another group racing at a differnt allocated time. If anybody wants to take part then please reply in that thread.
