GT5p Blu-Ray version question

Okay so the Blu-Ray version has like 7 videos on it that download during the main install process could I delete them & save space on my HDD or would the game data file stay the same?

To my knowledge I think that those videos dont get downloaded to your system... theyre on the net some where... and get streamed when you play them in GT-TV... atleast thats what I think.. not sure though, could be wrong Youre talking about the GT-TV videos right?

I thought it was that every video is downloaded, you just don't get access to them in the XMB, only in GT5P?

They dont get downloaded, they are part of the actual game install, and yes you can delete them.....

If you want them later on you can download them.

You are talking about the opening movie, ending, etc? Yes??

Yes you can, upgrade you're HDD perhaps?

I would but it's just too much of a hassle I need a external drive a new drive plus I have like 18 gigs left on my launch unit & most of the other stuff is music hopefully mandatory install's go away in the future

The videoes that come with the BD version are ONLY on the disk. Actual game data is downloaded to the HDD for faster load times.

And the BD version only comes with three videos, wjich are: Beyond the Apex, Opening Movie, and End Movie.

I guess that you have a NTSC version, because my PAL BD version doesnt include Beyond the Apex. I find that very frustrating, I wanted to see that documentary really bad. Now i've only seen it on youtube. I wonder why they didnt release it in Europe.

Yeah, NTSC version. But you're not missing much. Its mostly GranTurismo smear campaign. 💡

I like GT and all, but they just push it sometimes about how wonderful it is.
