It's the NISSAN GT Academy powered by Gran Turismo 6. Clue is in the name. It's not a demo of Gran Turismo 6.

The GT Academy trials have put me through a lot of practice on the physics, and I'm thankful for that too. 👍 Got all golds in the 370Z trials as well the GT-R trials (which the GT-R one was not so easy O_O).

Yeah I'm pretty sure after finishing the 370Z trials.

You have to finish all the GT Academy events and it will unlock another event with the GTR in it

A Nissan Leaf in the demo? For this being available to the general public for free they should of put in the new Viper or Shelby GT500 to appeal to casuals, and atleast get your heartrate pumping a little. A lot of casual gamers say they dont like GT because its boring, well a Leaf isn't the best way to counter this. Yeah I know we get a 370Z and GTR too, but both have already been in GT5 and aren't brand new cars. Just my opinion.

I'm looking forward to playing it myself sometime after work or later this week though.

I was thinking the same thing. Personally I don't mind having the leaf there... but I can't imagine an average car loving 14 year old kid getting excited over such a car.
It is of course a GT6/Nissan demo, so the Viper and Shelby are out, but one of Nissan's GT cars or the Delta Wing would've made it a bit cooler.

What do you mean exactly ?

Well, to put it short, the grip still falls off a cliff rather than coming in progressively and a bit slower (we are talking micro-seconds here though)

It's definitely been improved over GT5 (where it was almost non-existent), but there's still more of the tire left in real life that PD didn't manage to code in. But, as I said, it still feels great, and is more natural to drive on the limit, which = more fun 👍

There was a thrill I finished it in little time, a little reminiscent of the academic amg in gt5

No tuning what so ever. Not even the brake balance is adjustable, so you can put any idea of driving the 370Z or GT-R without ABS out of your head.

I'm hoping that we'll see the Deltawing in the last bonus event that we get on July 28th.
