Awwww... I expected more challenges on the Chappy event, so I had backup times including my fastest...

I even saved the replay just in case there were any disputes, even though the event included penalties... which I got tagged with on many occasions. I swear they were aiming at my car sometimes!

@S_Bridge Yeah, sorry you missed the cut. Good effort though.

I've just realised that the Whoosier rule applies so @DisabledRacer can't have two trophies in the same round (I think). You'll have to pick one and the other trophy and ticket will go to the second place in the other one. This is more complicated than I thought. No wonder @photonrider never got any time for driving. I've just spent an hour trying to clean up the BB code in the OP. It's a right mess.

Anyway onwards and upwards... we have a new expert event designed by the Baron. This one's a doozy.

Its tough to pull away from the SuperGT cars and they have an un-godly speed advantage on the straights:nervous: but I'm going to try to open up a bigger margin!:crazy:

Just has a go with the WSR...it's a tough one. Kept getting wiped out trying to keep them behind me. Only managed 2nd. Frustrating but addictive... and familiar. I'm sure I've raced it against GT cars at Suzuka before.

Oh and I failed to come up with a witty name (I'm new to this game) so WSRing it is.

Comparing your results to @GTsail290 and @Baron Blitz Red, it looks like you just need to find one where Yamamoto doesn't start at the front. He seems to have done much better against you than against the other two.

Another one to watch for is Motoyama in the Nissan Z... if he gets a top 6 start, he is GONE! He sometimes seems to be an inconsistent driver, prone to mistakes, but can be very fast up front.

End of the road for the Stratospheric event tomorrow and I'm going to be away for a few days so won't be here to collate the results (I'm hoping there might be more because it's a great race). Ticket holders feel free to put up any new events and I'll add them to the OP when I get back. WSRing can run for another week. I have managed a win but only by a very small margin.
I've been spending a lot of time with the Stratos, running every race without the 2J or Toyota and winning most of them, but never by more than a second or two.

Same here... I thought the Stratos would've been challenging enough to draw interest to the Hunters, as was demonstrated in a number of challenges here in the past. Que sera, sera... as the saying goes!

But it was a compliment... so I'll take it! :lol: ;)
