GT6 Photo uploads

Just wanted to know how to get photos I've taken in GT6 on to here, so if someone could make a step-by-step guide that would be much appreciated

All you need is a USB stick and to register with a photo host site such as Flickr.
Also includes links to Flickr, Photobucket and other useful 'How to do' stuff.
