Those on the right side are from game for sure (they don't overlay black outline of text). On the other hand I can't figure out what is on left side, as there are no people there, at least not in video of Matterhorn I saw.

The camera flashes are from the game because look at the HUD. Its unaffected by the flash.

What I really like about the newer tracks in GT6 is that they don't just build the tracks, they build the whole environment. It really adds to the feeling of being in a real place and I want to see it happening to all the tracks.
