If you guys can wait 5-6 years for GT5 then waiting for a GT6 in 11 days should be nothing to you.

The wait for GT5 was not five years. The myth gets banded around a lot around here.

I think that the rain drops looks more like snow than rain

And on these photos aren't caravans around the track like in GT5!!!!!!

They most likely don't without time change enabled. (if that's the reasoning you're trying to find)

Hard to tell, clouds generally move very slowly.

They are in the Nurburgring 24 Hour layout, so I'm guessing that's the standard Nordschleife layout.

I was semi joking about the level of detail - it isn't animated and there really isn't any need for it to be.. but you never know.

In PD's defense, the stars took up more time than they expected. No time to tend to the clouds.

Yeah, excel isn't very good at dealing with jokes.

But cloud animations isn't too far fetched I think, for longer races it could actually serve a purpose, if it allowed for dynamic rain and temperatures around the track. Would also be a nice graphics detail.
