I'm currently tracking +2.2/2.3% in each TT. Good enough to keep the credits rolling in.

Morning,

Well I started out with my little Huracan Cow yesterday and wanten to see where Mooohhlly would bring me so I sticking with her for now 🤣

But what a crap layout this is, it's like you only get the worst parts of the track combined.... transition from T1 to T2 is just pure crappyness 🤣

That said, ... Moohhlyy was a little quicker this morning, but she is very loose on the braking, and yeah that chicane..... I even called it names this morning which I can't repeat here...

Beautiful time though....1:15.555 🤣

I'm so annoyed by this... Can't seem to figure out the chicane :banghead: I'm right in the bumper of the WR ghost literally for the whole lap, he maybe pulls a tenth on me right until the last part, but then in the chicane I lose 4 tenths easily on the run to the finish line, I just don't understand, is it pure luck to hit the curbs just right or what... It will have to be a lucky lap to go into the 14s, but it must be done!

For those who want to try it, it seems easier to take tight corners in Tsukuba with the steering adjustment not in automatic mode on DD Pro (I'm at 680°). @Metalgear9493 did you modify it for this TT ? You shared that with us once I think ?
I can confirm that. Running 720° myself. This is often a good recipe for road cars on tracks with tight corners. Eiger Nordwand is another great example.

Yeezz... not to bad buddy!

If I look at the leaderboard i do have to change to the Citroen 😒
Apparentely it's a lot faster :eek::eek:

That chicane, it's annoying as .... , you start the lap and each single start you nail it...... end of the lap, no chance of sticking it :lol:

It's more difficult (and annoying) to modify it with the T598 as you have to access the settings menu on the wheel base each time, and any rotation adjustment is reset back to default once you restart, or pause.

Your memory is very accurate though as I did use 720 degree mode in that BMW road car laptime challenge combo at Sardegna last year, where I won it using the TGT.

I swear, this is the third day in a row I cannot better my 57.441 at Tsukuba, while it gleefully tells me a 57.200 is my theoretical best...if the damn thing would behave.

I swear, I simply cannot turn the steering wheel fast enough...while also trying to hit the shift paddle, to get it out those tight corners any faster...

Morning!

A first look at the Citroën at Catalunya because looking at the board.....Moohhllyy is not going to stand a chance 🤣
I thought the Huracan was bad at the last sector but the Citroën is even more hell, the Huracan is stronger in the chicane but it just lacks overal speed and is very unstable under braking.

First laps were bad and couldn't even get close to my Moohhlly's .555 but slowly understood the Citroën lap after lap until I did hit a plateau were you have a great lap and it all comes down to the chicane..... I had somany laps better than my new PB but the chicane just hates me .....
So there is def. more in the tank, and think I'll try again.

My problem corners are T1-2-3-4 and so on.........🤣🤣

Hey guys,

Man, I hate this version of Catalunya.

The chicane is awful. I'm about 1.5 tenths behind the world record up to that point and then I lose everything. I hope PD will do something about the excessive cutting at some point. It's just unrealistic.

I'm reasonably satisfied with a 1:14.998, but I could do much better if it weren't for that damn corner 😂

This was the last run of the night. I don't know how I ended up 5th on my friends lap board. Perhaps it's something to do with cats being more alert at night because I wouldn't have been able to pull this out earlier in the day. I was too sleepy.

Or, you could turn on CSA and make it a 'manageable' experience. Where the car performs inhuman like steering inputs to constantly realign the car as it's pulled in any number of ludicrously random directions 😂.

Finally got Tsukuba down into the 57.3's (a .345) after only a few laps this time, which puts me in 85th currently. No idea if that'll hold until next week, but I may give it a (short) go every night up until then to see if I can drop down into the high .2's. Any more laps today and I doubt I'd see any improvement from there since I already did the weekly challenge at Yaz (that track is much better in an F3500-A versus a 787B or the Espace F1 - thoroughly enjoyed it more, though I tend to have at least one lap where I completely miss the second to last corner.

Managed to get the Gold times this week. I drove the Citroen on Catalunya and I thought it was quite easy to drive. I drove the R18 at spa and was also quite pleased at how easy it was to get speed out of it. I didn’t enjoy the Mine’s R34 as much.
