I've not tried these in game, but see how they look. Just converted them on my phone...

Edit/ @CodeRedR51 - decals do appear to show correctly


Another edit/
I used https://www.pngtosvg.com/ to convert them to SVG, then used https://jakearchibald.github.io/svgomg/
to reduce the size to 15kb or below - using the sliders to make the files smaller - need to play with it a bit so as not to reduce the quality too much.

The above works with less complex SVGs - I don't have the skills to do fancier ones.
