That's going to be very difficult with all the detail in the photo and keep it under 15kb may can without the colors.

How about just the head and helmet? Maybe a mix of reduced color and detail? Are you able to do something like that? I have no idea of what's possible, and appreciate the guidance.

The best way is to break it down into separate decals like the text in one etc
