I couldn't get it that small (roughly halved the filesize to 75kb tho) but whoever can should start with the edited image below, I put squares over the slanted-hex-dots. Not that familiar with QR codes but it's not like it could be scanned in game right

EDIT - noticed after converting to svg the squares aren't square but slightly curved, likely adding to the filesize. If I can make a more accurate svg I'll edit but I only use the free tools
