I had to split the 2nd into 4 layers: layer 0 is a silhouette to adjust the size as you like, then duplicate 3 times and replace each one of them with the other 4 in sequence ("foundation" looks a bit different because I used the version of the first decal before noticing it was not exactly the same)

Decent quality below 15k is almost impossible: here's a version split into 9 layers - layer 0 is only for adjusting the size as you like - then duplicate and replace
