Also, there are mods for PC now. Simple FOV mods and shaders, too.

Agreed. Personally I'd like to see the 2 door version of the Sultan RS return in GTA 5. I love the four door version in five, but I love how the 'original' as it were from GTA 4 had a side pipe, had a shorter wheelbase and handled like a a proper rally car over the bumps. Bringing that back shouldn't be too difficult. They could make it slightly faster and more agile than the four door. Better still, they could make a 'race car' version of it like they did with the Jester, only they call it a rally car instead. Enhance the off-road ability and you have a winner
