I think he's refering to it's drivetrain split. I believe it's at a 10-90 drivetrain (?) Split, essentially making it a rear wheel drive car, which isn't exactly what you want for offroading.

I did a video a while back and it escaped a 4 star wanted level in around 3-4 minutes. Insanely fast, great handling and has great off road ability. Probably the best off roading vehicle in the game.
 
Yeah, for RWD, the Brawler does real well offroad. It also doesn't seem to have the big speed reduction on dirt roads like most vehicles. I take mine out every once in a while, just to thrash on it.
 
Does GTAV even simulate 4x4? Even when I use the, for instance, the Sandking and let the wheels spin only the rear wheels spin.

Because of the torque split, I'd imagine.

Yep, I've seen in the handling file that most 4x4 cars actually have a 30/70 split front/rear. I've changed them to 50/50 but even then with no simulated lockers, if you lift a tire you go nowhere.
 
Went to Ponsoby's, and when I exited, there was a purple hearse with the owner on top doing the thrust action. So...I thought I would drive to the cemetary, and yes purple hearse followed and spawned another one. He was level 61 so I called for my Roosevelt..and then saluted when I left the session.

I have a question regarding the Merryweather Mesa, specifically the all black one.

Has anyone here stolen one from the Mercenaries and stored it only to log back in later to see the wheels changed to grey instead of black? The spare tire on the rear is still black though.

Edit: Forgot to mention that the license plate also changed along with the wheel colors.

Waaaaaaaaaaait...the Maibatsu Penumbra is RWD? Being [visually] based on a late model Mitsubishi Eclipse I naturally assumed it would be FWD, but I just delivered one to Simeon and was astonished to witness otherwise.

When I first came across it in V, I could only see the rear corner, I thought it was an Audi TT.
