The same happened to me a while ago. I reported the issue to R*, and 15 minutes later a got an email saying they would look into it or whatever. The next time I got online, R* had given me the cash I had spent on the car...and 20 minutes after that, I found the "missing" car in another garageWas trying out the update last night with my mate after joining his club. I left the session and ended the night with my bike in the open world doing one of the missions.
Just gone online again with my mate, joined his crew and my bike is nowhere to be seen. It should have started out as my personal vehicle when I came back online but it didn't. It's not in any of my garages, not in my mate's clubhouse, not with the insurance company or the compound.
Anyone had a similar issue or any ideas as to where my bikes is?
But hey, at least one of my Elegy's are completely free So if you have any other garages, check them out

Broughy's new video has been interesting, even though it's not lap times. It's actually a refreshing change from that actually!
- The most important one: he's holding back on lap time videos so that he can have all these hidden vehicles out, go do them in one fell swoop with all the other older cars, and make a fully updated list.
- You can't have GTA Stunt races.. which Broughy is adamant that it's a bug, and wants fixing.
- 4 cars nerfed: RE-7B, ETR-1, Tyrus, and Omnis.
- Some of the new motorbikes have spoilers.. from the belt covers to the seats. NEW CAR TEASER: the Youga Classic also has a spoiler in the same light as the Dubsta.
- Stirling GT can go race in Sports.
- The Schafter V12 and LWB can go racing in Sedans.
- Slamming is gone.
- The only dirt bikes that can go off-road racing is still Sanchez and BF400

The instructions you posted don't work, here's how I've been able to do it:
- Have one free slot in a garage, preferably fill the rest of the garage with free cars
- Buy a bike, say the rat bike, and put it in that same garage
- Take the bike, mod it at a normal mod shop, go to someone else's clubhouse and get it resprayed
- Take it back to the garage you initially added it to, the game will then ask you to move a car (this deletes that car forever).
You will be left with two rat bikes and 8 other vehicles. Sell the duplicate, fill the slot it opens up, take the original back to the clubhouse, respray, repeat.
Apologies if I'm blind and have missed a very similar post to this. I just wish I had enough cash to be able to modify the bike to the maximum resale value... The clones I'm selling only go for 10k!

Debating on whether or not I should delete my second character and start over. They are level 44 with some expensive purchases, but grinding to max rank is tedious and I no longer have the time to grind for most hours of the day. Does anyone know how many bulletproof vests you can carry at rank 120? I know at 135 you can carry ten.

I'm pretty sure you can carry nine of them. If you can get an office, then getting to 135 will be a matter of days.

I had a great time last night, doing MC-work with @Sting @STI9 @250 GTO @Katiegan @Leadfoot530 @superstreet556 and @Tex , involving running cash deliveries and killing @Jahgee . It all ended in a great firefight with two randoms who were obviously suicidal In the end, they barricaded themselves in a clubhouse, surrounded by armored Kurumas, a Savage, a Hydra and an Insugent pickup It was one of those times when you wish you didn't have a job to get up to the day after, otherwise I would have stayed online longer. I hope we do it again though

Thing is they started it lol. We were all just hanging at my Clubhouse when they approached and started getting itchy trigger fingers, so we rose to the challenge. #nochallenge8vs2
I am happy that the roof of my clubhouse has some decent cover. Just annoying you need the roof of a car to get up there lol.
Was a fantastic evening of GTA. More of the same tonight?

If we had thought then we could have started an mc deathmatch or the mode where you have to defend a patch. Least we could have whooped them and got paid.
It seems that the Sanctus and the Tron bike are insanely quick, the sanctus has a bunch of unique backfire sounds/animations. The Tron bike is 2wd and supposedly faster than the Drag Bike. Seems like thats $5M coming straight outta my wallet on release.

It's one of the best feelings I ever had on a bike. That, and its red lights (that can be unfortunately be xenon'd) makes it a day 1 for me. The handling however is one of the worst on a bike; comparable to the Bagger.
However, the Shotaro I will expect to break the 55 second mark around Cutting Coroners GP: it's that quick on acceleration, as high as the X80, with the handling seemingly like a tron bike, with really fast 90 degrees potential. Shame on the top speed, which the Hakuchou will still remain king so far.

Only thing I dislike about the Nightblade is the stupid license plate mount but the Sanctus has a cool one.

When ordering a new licenseplate on the iFruit-app, it's available to put on any vehicle, right? Because in the app, I can't choose the vehicles I want to give a new plate.

I think if you order it to any vehicle, go in and put the plate on then get another car and go to LSC it should show up in the plate section.
I saw something on GTAF about the plates being bugged atm but nobody seemed to talk about it in any detail.
Edit: You could also try driving the car then restarting the app.
