Indeed, best game I've played this year and I haven't even finished Story Mode, Online is just so much fun.
 
Does anybody know a surefire way to obtain a Tailgater? I've been looking for one at the beach and golf club for almost an hour, and I haven't seen a single one yet.

You need to get the text from Simeon that has the Tailgater in the list, THEN it will appear at the Golf Club.

They usually appear when you get a text from simeon saying he needs that type of car, you can also try using one in a race then start your search again.
 
Anyone going to be on in about an hour or two that has the Titan mission available and can invite me in so I can get a Merryweather Mesa real quick? I don't have time to sit and play for a while, just want to do that really quickly and get one so I have it available for the 4x4 meet next weekend. 👍

And what do I do to get one? I know to just take one from the guys at the hanger, but do I just have to be driving it when the mission ends or do I need to get it into my garage before the mission ends?

Just drive it into your garage once you obtain it. I can help if you want. :)

Either of those will work, but I recommend staying in it when the mission ends - you'll spawn in it when the missions finishes and then you'll get it back to your garage much easier as it then shows up on the map.

And I'll help. I can get a few different missions that will have Merryweather trucks in them, not just Titan.

The tan one is open top, black is closed, from what I've seen anyway.

Having a level 35 or higher guy call in the mercs, is the easiest and quickest way, and you'll have your choice between the two types. Both will show up.

Anyways, when you come online, I'll send an invite to my game and we'll get you one. I'll phone mercenaries then you'll get a least three to choose from.

EDIT: I see the difference now, I had to look closer.

It's easier to see the open top from the rear.

I'll be on in about 20 minutes. For this mercenary thing, I just hang out in my apartment right? Or somewhere high to be able to take them out?

You stay in your Apt. I'll kill them, then you can just walk out your garage and drive the one you want back in.

I'd substitute a corner of my apartment for a giraffe area and make rockstar add giraffes so I can cudde them and eat bacon off their necks and hit them with bamboo then eat them passionately.

Furniture would be nice too.

Hit them with bamboo? You're a sloth, I don't think it'd hurt them much. :p
 
I can't do any grinding tonight because I've got college tomorrow. I'll have to make up for it then.
