Just bring the car in from single player, invite the recipient. Drive to a random job on the map in the car you want to give to your friend and walk into the glowing circle. When the job loads, quit the job and you should respawn near the job and the car should be next to you. The person should now be able to see the car.

You have to have money in your pocket and not the bank, when you go to Jobs and Playlists, there is a thing called Challenges, they are actually Crew Challenges, you buy in a certain amount, and everyone in your crew that competes tries to finish the race in a set amount of time and you all win big money (250K for a 5 lap CR race)

Ok. I might mess around a bit with them tonight.
 
GTA Challenges will not load for me. I go into the Playlist menu, select challenges and then the loading icon appears, freezing GTA Online. Is there a fix for this?

I tried earlier, clicked on the challenge option and got an endless loading spiral. Only way out was to hit start again. Will try again later. Watching USA v Finland now.

Also, I'm in desperate need of cash. I want a Roosevelt before they're gone forever (Which is downright idiotic that R* is taking it off the in-game store after February is over).

I've gotten to the lobby of the race for the challenge, but haven't done one yet. If the race is a 250K challenge, then the host/starter of the challenge will lose money, but everyone else will make 250K if you beat it (It's usually easy like 5 minutes for a Criminal Records race). The way to grind these is this:
1) Have a friend with the bet money host the challenge for you
2) When you join tell him to leave
3) Start the race and make profit
4) Now keep taking turns

Make sure the money you have is in your pocket and not the bank.

If the challenge screen doesn't load, just hit R1 until you see a map, and try again.
 
Has anyone ever found a gang car? I found a green Buccaneer belonging to the Families.
