Yes, I find it best to grind on Coveted. Hard will get you 18,000$ and take roughly three to four minutes to complete.

I would just make sure that you have a sniper rifle before doing it, because it really helps
 
Though, isn't Rooftop Rumble the fastest if you're grinding money alone?
 
I'll set up my 16x coveted play list I'm expecting a 300k + payout one with new diffulcuty multiplyers
 
Just to be absolutely clear, all of the business update clothes, weapons, and vehicles including the plane will be able to be purchased forever, RIGHT? They won't take them away from in-game stores after a short time, RIGHT?

I love the way R* is implementing DLC. You still need to buy it, but with in-game money. This is the way any game producer should implement DLC.

I think the way dlc works is you have two types
Festive
Expansion packs
Festives are like Christmas and valentines day which are limited time only
Expansion packs are permanent

Joan Jett looks much more pale and the face structure is completely different. Good try though. I know I wouldn't have the patience to try and make my character look like someone in real life.
 
My character being 1/4 black doesn't help.
