Since RR is a menu job, isn't it possible to put it in a playlist like how you can make Coveted playlists?
I could have joined you guys if it weren't for some little wanker and his sticky bombs. So, turns out the Super Diamond is actually pretty good at drifting. I've been doing a lot of 'hooning' (as @Katiegan might say) in it recently, and while the Futo is obviously better, it's certainly one of the easier cars to drift, probably because of the back-ends tendency to slip out. The main issue is it's size, which makes it rather tricky to say, drift through a car-park. Plus the fact that my jet-black Super Diamond, with a 2-letter plate, limo-tint and chrome wheels can be a bit of a griefer magnet, despite (or possibly because of) the fact I think it's rather classy. If I had a capture card, I'd replicate this video.
Come to think of it, the JB700 should be a decent drifter too, since that's ridiculously slippy through the corners, although keeping it at high revs could be an issue.
Nope
Agreed, right now the only way to have some chance of a clean race is to have a bike race with <=6 players. Some turd kept pit-ing me in races... Bring on the non-contact option I say.

Get an Adder. It's heavy as hell. Some turd kept pit-ing me in races... Bring on the non-contact option I say.

i think in some ways (even though I have done VERY little in the way of racing on GTAO - even though I really want to unlock the turbo option in the mid shop) I think that contact-less racing will take away much of the fun
I join random races all the time. I have no way of ever winning them as I don't have any power upgrades, but I still have fun. I will admit that once I find a group of good racers I'll stick with them for as long as possible before going random again. If they choose to join a random race, surely. But I think it very limited how many does that nowadays.
I'll trade some wins if you want help. Got a nice 23 second long race so it shouldn't take too long for you to unlock some tasty treats.
When you're in a race your upgrades aren't used. When custom vehicles are on you just use your car with the default ratingsI join random races all the time. That sir sounds like a plan
Add me on PSN: GTP_DaveB, same goes for anybody else that wants to mindless fun from time to time![]()
Yep, servers are down. Online is available but jobs refuse to load. Trying to load Rooftop Rumble only for the game to say that the Game Services are unavailable. Are the R* game services down for anyone else? I just made an AWESOME race and I wanted to share it but no jobs are showing up on the social club...
I think it's because RR isn't in the mission menu until you have completed it, you have to wait until Martin gives you the job on your phone. After one of the recent updates, any job that was given to you on the phone, that you had already completed, was added to the mission menu list. The missions you can select and build a playlist with are only the missions that were already in the menu (Coveted, Potshot, etc.) before that update.Huh. Is it just the only menu mission that doesn't appear as an option for playlists?
^^ probably adding or fiddling with the new verified additions.
Stay closely behind the pack, only pass when someone wrecks or spins out, let people pass you to avoid being P.I.T. maneuvered, keep your distance, and you should be fine.I have an adder.
Doesn't help when the category is not supercars, which is all the twelvies seem to choose.
