If you want to drift well, use a Futo. Before you get to the corner, pull on both the handbrake and normal brakes until the car gets sideways, and then after that floor it. You can feather the normal brakes to control the drift if you're coming in a little too fast. The Comet can drift too, but the Futo is the easiest. The Schwartzer is really good for drifting in the hills as that can really hold slides if you control the throttle properly, although it's very easy to spin out with it too.

Today is the day when Gamespy is taking down all of the servers for GTA IV, MCLA, RDR and Max Payne 3. This means that the servers will be more room for servers to be used for GTAO. Sounds like R* has something big planned.

I think this is only happening for R* to focus on improving the GTA Online servers. There have been issues with connections recently and they're likely going to try and fix those connection issues.

Ability to create missions?

I'll stop there.
 
I just want to create custom missions.
And car customization. They have no contracts saying ''Oh, you can't do this to our car'', so they could literally put ''VAPID SUCKZ!'' on a Dominator and drop a piano on it and no one would get sued. Just a little more would be nice, especially hydraulics.

I'm pretty sure only the MCLA servers are being taken down, but the GTA IV, RDR and MP3 servers are staying. IV, RDR and MP3 won't have links to the Social Club anymore though.
 
I am considering buying the $105k garage on 1623 Shambles St. I currently own 3 Alta St. Apartment 57 and I want to get more cars. As of this moment, I only have $339,229. Is it worth it?

I used to have an airport garage, but it just got really irritating wanting to put a car back in one of my garages and getting one out of the other without messing up the layout of my garages and having to steal a car to drive all the way back to my other apartment. Now I just have two 10-car apartments that are right next to each other (Weazel Plaza and Richards Majestic).

Don't blame R*, blame whatever caused Gamespy to shut down.
 
Don't know if people are already doing this but remember that if you want a single headlight PCJ 600 you can keep spawning one with cheat codes and bring it in from offline. That's how I got mine. :P

Well I guess that's it for MCLA then.

In GTA news after alot of problems with my disc tray not reading any discs I was able to go on GTA Online and purchase a Zentorno. The Zentorno is a really good looking car. I actually named mine the Aventa-neno Elemento. I also tried the new Rooftop Rumble. I didn't really see how bad it was. For me it was still pretty easy. But maybe it's just my opinion.
 
Would anybody be down for a Karin Rebel off-road racing series sometime this upcoming week?

I wouldn't say the game is dead, not until (if?? pls r*) they release a new Midnight Club at least. There's still car customization, just you can't share your cars with others.

While their is customization in GTA it's just not the same. Think about it. In MCLA you had more options like

Nitrous
Hydraulics
Widebody kits
Custom License Plates (an option that was actually built into the game and not as a special for phone/tablet users)
Chopped tops (granted it was in MC3 Dub Edition but still)

If GTA online adds these options that would be great. Until then the customization in GTA is okay but not the best.

Anyway, I like how we were lie to by saying that customization would be on par with MCLA. HAHAHAHA!

I'm not sure if it was R* that said it or some gaming news group that got an early look, but customization is nowhere near MCLA. We can't even adjust the top speed of our vehicles.

I never thought I'd like the purple sweatshirt, but ever since I bought it yesterday, I've really liked it. Usually, I wear the navy or red sweatshirt, but I think I'll wear this for a while.
